I have been coming here for years since they were located in Amherst, I refer all my friends! The establishment is very clean and modern. They have a nice waiting area and the rooms are always clean when I go in for my wax. The staff is super friendly and big shoutout to Sarahi she is SOOO wonderful! I moved to the area a few years ago, and have visited a few different salons and estheticians for brow waxes. I had my third appointment with Sarahi today, and I can share that I will wander no longer. She is kind, detail oriented, and thinks about / articulates a longer-term goal of 'building my brows' which honestly I hadn't considered before, and even when I was going to someone for 5+ yrs I always viewed it as a clean-up. I see the difference.

This was unfortunately the worst eyebrow threading experience I have ever had in my life. I wish I could post pictures on here to show what my eyebrows typically look like after threading and how they allowed me to leave. I would be so embarrassed as a business to allow someone to walk around in such a state that they left my eyebrows in knowing it’s my businesses name attached to the service they provided. My eyebrows where left misshapen, blotchy, and unquestionably uneven beyond repair. This is leaving me with no other option other then to wait several weeks to grow them out and start over again. My tech was Lina and hopefully this was just a bad day and not the norm.Service:&nbsp;Hair threading

My eyebrows are my most prized possession! I used to drive over two hours to see my eyebrow specialist yes I’m insane. In rare cases of emergency I’d see someone local but always regretted it. That is until I came here and had my eyebrows done by Sarahi! She came highly recommended from a Facebook group I was a part of and I am SO happy I found her! She is the QUEEN of brows! She does an incredible job every time and is my new regular eyebrow specialist! I was loyal to my old one for over six years so that’s saying a lot! All of the staff are incredibly kind and warm and helpful! It’s a very inviting environment. I definitely recommend! Get your eyebrows blessed by Sarahi! This place is very clean and beautiful inside. They did an amazing job and it was a very relaxing and quick appointment! Very pleased with my first ever visit and will be back!

Best experience hands down! Staff are professional and quick! I got all my waxing, threading, and tinting completed and in time to get to my next appointment!
