Purley Gates Retreat is an affordable, safe Christian camp for groups of all sizes and all walks of life. Our goal is to reach ALL people with the Gospel!
Purley Gates Retreat is an amazing camp with a desire to share the Gospel and see young people's lives changed. We were created in the firm belief that all should have access to the great news of Jesus, and this camp serves as a tool to live out that belief. The camp is open to all Christian groups, and is supported through the Team Family Foundation.
Located on a beautiful plot of land in East Texas, Purley Gates Retreat is the perfect place for a church camp or any special event. The camp has all kinds of activities and resources available that are fun for all ages. We have a recreational room, swimming pool and slide, basketball court, sand volleyball courts, baseball field, zip line and rock wall, go-cart track, and our own lake with a blob and paddle boats!
We also have plenty of housing for any size group, along with a luxurious lodge area for a nice get away. There is also a worship room, along with a cafeteria and a camp store.
