We sell used and new vinyl, compact discs, DVD/VHS videos, manga, anime, and t-shirts. We buy Thursday/Friday after 6, on weekends and by appointment.
Purple Narwhal Music & Manga buys and sells vinyl records, CD’s, cassettes, anime (Japanese animation) and music videos, manga (Japanese comics), and lots of other related items like t-shirts, books and posters. We embrace all genres of music.
Purple Narwhal is committed to reusing and recycling as much as possible, so most of our stock is previously-owned, although we stock select new items. We buy all types of merchandise we sell for either cash or store credit (although we’re not above taking gifts :).
We are located at 822G Rockville Pike, less than a mile from the Rockville Metro Station, Rockville Town Center, and Richard Montgomery High School, and less than two miles from Interstate 270.
