I'm very grateful for the folks at Pyramid Printing. I've used their embroidery services for several events I organize that find their prices, quality and customer service amazing. Though I hate asking them, they've even helped me out with insanely last-minute requests and always give great service with a smile.
I worked with them for the first time in March. As per usual they provided a mock up for me to approve at that time. I didn’t order them due to not needing the merchandise, and last week was ready to go forward with it. I then contacted James and asked him to look up my original mock up because I was also going to have them produce a new logo for me. He was very rude and uninterested in being helpful and stated they have never in 15 years provided mock ups before the customer pays and ordered the Merch. To my surprise I had disclosed to him the mock up was already sent to me and kindly asked him to please re send. After many interactions which left me frustrated and still no questions answered about my March order. I get a demand to pay for the order. I then spent an hour looking for the past email with at the time the owner had worked with me “Eric”. I had told James that I was upset with the whole interaction and provided him the email correspondence with Eric showing the mock up pre purchase. I then got an email from the owner to which I responded with my acceptance of the order as I had found the mock up they provided in March. I followed up with him via phone call to discuss an entirely new logo development and also explained my concerns with James. Ultimately he stated they have never offered mock ups pre purchase and also stated they can refuse to work with anyone to which he stated he no longer wants to work with me as a customer! Wow just wow! Thankfully I agree as the snide interactions are not good business practice and I am happy to go elsewhere. Be weary money is obviously a driving force above customer service.
Our company North Idaho Decks and Interiors reached out to pyramid printing for our employee uniforms. We recieved a quote very promptly along with a breakdown of the costs. They were very professional and would recommend them for large orders
