They did what I said. They were very polite and kind. I would definitely come back again.
* * * Updating my review to 1/5 stars because the fact that this place has a 4.5 is outrageous* * * 7/25/2023 Torn between whether to give 2 or 3 stars. For $25, although cheaper than other barbershops, you should not only get a good haircut, but I think it’s reasonable to expect a good experience as well. I didn’t get either of those. My fade is uneven all around different lengths on one side versus the other, and both are different from the back, which does some weird uneven curve down. The actual cut experience was uncomfortable—electric razor/clippers with no guard shoved into my scalp instead of cutting with the metal flush against my skin. It hurt. Then to accomplish my “skin” fade, the stylist used some kind of soap/lather and a cheap single-blade razor you’d get from a value pack at the dollar store and hastily scraped the back and sides of my head. It hurt. When using some of the scissors, my hair kept pulling instead of just being cut clean through—that was uncomfortable, too. My scalp was super irritated when I first left due to all the trauma. Equipment wasn’t cleaned between customers I had at least 6 people go before me, and not once did I see them clean their equipment. My wife pointed out there were rice cookers at each station—I didn’t believe her at first, but she knows her way around a rice cooker and swore to it. I suppose they use those to keep their towels warm? I don’t know. Bottom line, for $25 I got a jacked up haircut and was worried I might get an infection from their unclean equipment and all the not-so-micro scrapes I received from the assault on my scalp. Truth be told, I’ve had worse experiences elsewhere, but still… Won’t be going back.
Absolute rip off! It's really unfortunate, I was their 1st customer when they had their grand opening & I continue to give them the benefit of doubt, but they cut my hair different every time, missing spots, shaved my head when I always ask for a Ceasar cut, cut my sideburns a half inch difference, believe me, I could go on, it's something every time. Save yourself the money & from getting a horrible hair cut, don't waste your time or money here.
Great for men’s short cuts, don’t recommend for long hair at all. Very bad at cutting long hair. Friendly staff.
It is one of the best Barber Shops I have been to in the Northwest Region. Great people and great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.
This is my go-to barber. I drive over an hour to get my hair cut here every two weeks. I am always greeted warmly and bid well when I leave. They are friendly, listen to your wants, and happily fix anything not to your liking. Mr. Q often inspects haircuts to see if they meet the high standards of his shop. I'll be a customer as long as they keep cutting!
Polite and welcoming. Great haircut, and massage. Price is astonishingly low. I cannot recommend them enough. The foyer could use a bit of an update though.Service: Razor cut
I found this place looking for a fast cut, and was amazed how good of a job they do here. I've been a regular customer every 2 weeks. I tell all my buddies about this place. I will come back for life.
Love coming here for my cuts. The straight blade shave and shoulder massage are the best.
Update: Went back this morning and explained the situation to the barber present. And it was made right. Place was recommended by a coworker that had nothing but good things to say. He's been going for years. Went and got a haircut there yesterday evening, and then the barber sort of combed it. Initially it looked nice. But when I went home to rinse out the loose hair, I noticed my hair was uneven in the front and sides. I wasn't very happy. I'm going to see if they'll fix it tomorrow.Service: Haircut
