I bought my couch from Q Living 4+ years ago and it’s held up great! It’s still comfortable and strong; no sagging or any problems. I had such a great experience years ago I brought my very picky mom to come look at couches this past weekend because she was looking to replace her current one. She found exactly what she wanted with the help of the lovely staff who answered all her questions. I loved that my mom could choose the type of sofa, custom fabric, firmness, and sectional side. Really exceptional customer service and pricing, too. They were truly so patient with my mom’s many questions! It’s pretty cool the sofas are custom made in Canada. A great local business to go to for any of your furniture needs. I will be coming back when I need a new couch. Big plus is they have Bunker the Corgi!! To help you choose a sofa.
I have been a long time customer with Q-Living. I purchased a queen bed and a coffee table there a while ago when I was in an apartment and then another sofa and patio set for my current home. The customer service has been always good. Joe was our sales guy this time and he was a great help. There were some issues with the sofa but they replaced it in the end. I appreciated all their help resolving the sofa alignment issue. Thank you
Went here mid February for delivery first week of March and purchased a beige L couch from here and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the customer service. The couch itself is a beautiful beige color that complements any room decor. The material is soft but firm enough that you don't sink down and comfortable to sit on, making it the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The size of the couch is also just right, not too big and not too small, making it the perfect addition to my living room. What really made my experience exceptional was the customer service I received. Vincent W. was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions including my mom's ridiculous attempts to bargain LOL. He helped us pick out the perfect couch that fit both my style and budget. They also schedule a delivery at a time that was convenient for me! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the experience I had with Q living. When I say the staff goes above and beyond, Rob helped our transaction process smoothly WHILE on vacation. I would highly recommend this beige couch to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable addition to their home, and I would definitely shop at this store again in the future.
Can’t say enough goods things about my experience shopping at Q Living Furniture in Richmond. Anthony found me the perfect upholstered bed frame that was not even on display in the store. Had fabric samples to help make the decision. Bed frame ended up very delayed. Thanks to the general manager, Carolyn, there were solutions at every turn. Thank you so much. My guest room finally feels complete. Highly recommend this store and bed frame.
I walked in to the showroom during the beginning stages of my couch search. The space was huge, and filled with different couch models around the store for you to see and try. I appreciated how each couch had a decorated space, which helped to envision how it would fit with other furniture, and to gain inspiration from. Vincent was incredibly helpful with distinguishing the different models, unique features and firmness/fillings. He is highly knowledgeable about the benefits of each option, and is detailed in figuring out which product would best suit your living room situation. I would highly recommend coming to Q Living to view a large selection of quality couches, and for great customer service and expertise in finding the perfect product for your space!
I needed a new sectional and my son suggested Q living as he and his wife had purchased one there a few years ago. Alex at the Richmond store gave us exceptional service. No pushy selling. Let us look around and choose my purchase. Showed us different fabrics and colours available. I not only purchased a sectional, I also found a beautiful swivel chair I had to have. Amazing team at Q Living! We went in to purchase a couch a few weeks ago and the service from Vincent was spectacular! We got to take our time making our decision and Vincent was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful! Alex was also great when he helped us out in Vincent’s absence. We’ve already sent some of our friends who are currently furniture shopping. Bunker the corgi at the store definitely contributed to the 5 star rating here as well!
Found a really nice teak root coffee table here. Everyone was so friendly! I was in a rush and Vincent, Anthony and Alex made it a smooth experience. Very glad to have found this place.
