QC ALL Fit is a local fitness studio for ALL people. Each class offered is suitable for all fitness levels, beginners to more extreme athletes.
QC All Fit is a local fitness studio where REAL people come to get healthy and fit! The atmosphere that we want to establish and maintain at AF is:
1. Acceptance. You belong. This place is for you!
2. Care. We care. We are there for you!
3. Team. All of us are there for one another!
You will never be a number at QC All Fit. You are person with fitness and health goals just like us. We will encourage, inspire and motivate you to achieve those goals and we will meet ours along the way.
Our classes at this time, include: bootcamps (tabata style, kettle bell, and calisthenics), yoga, zumba, cardio kickboxing, core and olympic lifting (advanced)
We will always have those but will include many more over the next few months.
