Great owner and establishment! This is an old style barbell gym, with great personal training and nutrition planning options. Support small businesses in the Quad Cities! Be prepared to leave with a whole new gym family

Coach Beaz and QC Barbell is the best gym in the QC! Hard Core but also takes time to teach the proper methods of lifting. This should be the 1st place you visit

Distinct lack of equipment and knowledge of functional powerlifting and strength training movements. Ask a lunk at any serious gym and get better results.

No longer open, now it is a part of Zeke's Island Cafe.

Great people working hard to get stronger.
