One of my favorite healthy and fresh places to eat on the go! I absolutely love being able to chose each topping for my burrito bowl. I love the wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options they offer. I am always satisfied with their services for dine in and carry out. I’m kind of sad they got rid of the coke machines. This day I had a vegan impossible bowl with no animal products at all. It was so good!
Today was my 1st time at this location and I must say I was very pleased with ""Kylie"" helping me with my order and just overall being very nice with a big smile, she was extremely sweet and I complimented her on how great her customer service was. There's nothing like great customer service now & days especially being greeted with smiles
My son could have gone anywhere for his birthday but he chose his favorite restaurant...Qdoba. We hadn't been there in awhile and we ordered close to $40. Even though the restaurant was filthy, we had no complaints until we saw that we had gotten the wrong salsa So we asked to exchange it and they said they wuld have to charge us extra even though the sign says the sides never cost extra. We opened the queso and it was watery and had the taste of broccoli soup. It was nasty. We asked if we could have a refund and they said no. They also said we couldn't have the receipt. I asked if we could speak to their boss and one of them said that all three of them were the managers but another guy said the owners are Victor and Steve. We insisted on a receipt or refund they flat out said no. I started recording how rude they were being because it was so unbelievable. I wish I could post the video on here but I will make sure I post it somewhere. They made us leave. My husband drove us to the Taylor store so we could ask the employees there to see if the queso had been changed since the little boys working at the Woodhaven store were so rude. When we got to Taylor, they were so nice. They saw the video and said that is not how they are supposed to treat customers. We ordered a new Birthday dinner for my son. The cheese was so thick and yummy and they didn't even charge us for his meal. We will never go to Woodhaven Qdoba again even though it is closer for us. Since I can't post the video here, I will post it on Facebook and TikTok for all to see how they were treating us. It was unbelievable. I will post the queso picks. The big one is Woodhaven. The small one is Taylor that we asked for for comparison. If you are in Woodhaven and want something like Qdoba, either go to Taylor where they are friendly or try Chipotle.
The manager there that has a nice beard and curly hair is the most attractive man I’ve ever seen in my life, Qdoba really knows how to pick them!!! Keep hiring attractive men at qdoba woodhaven. I get a delicious impossible bowl and a piece of eye candy on the side ; Wheelchair accessibility: That was pretty cool
Stopped in for a late lunch today. Girls upfront were friendly & I ordered. Went to have a seat & every single table was dirty. So I picked the cleanest one that was of course next to the trash that was over flowing.. opened my food to eat & burrito was cold.. restaurant really grossed me out!
Edited and updated - Alright gave them more chances, and they have won me over. All of them are friendly and take care of the customers now. Portions are better. Original review - I been a loyal qdoba customer for around 5 years now. Been going to Taylor location for 3 years straight. Just moved to this area. This location is definitely worse when it comes to staff and the dealings. Portions are smaller, cheap tactics of using smaller scoops and all. Chicken had bone in it. Workers are just not into it.
I had gone on my lunch break to try it for the first time. Was not happy at all. My protein bowl was cold the meat rice and beans. Beans tasted like straight up water. No seasoning at all in the entire bowl and thee salsa tasted like tomato juice with water. The chips were also cold.i will never be going back again.since I was starving I did not have time to go back for a better experience. Was not happy at all
June 30th around 9pm I walked into qdoba an hour before they closed and the man who helped me didn't have the look on his face that alot of fast food workers have when closing and a customer comes I know because I work fast food and we made small talk and the food was really good. Thank you Steven for doing a good job and being a nice person.
I have a mouth issue and this was not to hot for my self and my children. As we are unable to eat at chipotle do to it's all way to spicy. We be only eating here. Great food. Dietary restrictions: Had gastric sleeve and they accommodate me. Wheelchair accessibility: Sister is in wheelchair and had No problems.
Ordered for pick up and was fairly disappointed with the food. They forgot my side of Roja and the quality of the food was poor in both taste and presentation.
