Give Terk a RAISE!!! My boyfriend and I frequent this qdoba and every time we go the food is excellent and so is the service. Today we had Terk one of the best employees they have we only had to tell him once what we wanted without having to repeat ourselves, he was very quick and efficient and when it came to getting our chips for our queso he took it upon himself to give us the fullest bag of chips!!! One of the best workers and why we return so often!!
The food is good, but they are pretty stingy on how much they give you. What puts a cherry on top is this lady in high bun and tattoo on her neck has the worst attitude.....she was very rude and always looks like she hates her job..very argumentative trying to pick a fight with customers over very little things. It's very unpleasant being served by her and see how she treats other customers in line.. It's not a great look if you guys are trying to keep returning customers and wanting more new customers.
Lady who served me with tattoos on her neck was very rude and was aggressive when making my bowl. She stated that they don’t have a chicken protein bowl and u can only make ur own bowl when it’s literally on their menu and attempted to argue with me over it. Hire better staffFood: 3/5
I don’t have much positive to say about dining in, but if you’re looking for Catering, they are top notch! They were really good about having everything together on time, fresh, and cooked perfect. Idk what LGBTQRSTUV has to do with above outdoor seating & healthy options but, they have good food if you make it yourself
Continuously disappointing experiences with this location. Ordered 3 entrées/bowls with extra proteins online. After picking up realized the portion sizes weren't even a 'normal' size. Additionally, none of the instructions for topping/sauce quantities were followed.
I very surprised how yummy our 5 meals were. This is only my 2nd time eating at Qdoba's because our 1st time was not very good at a different location. I am so glad this location changed my mind.Food: 5/5
Dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. The trash cans outside were overflowing with garbage. The bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The toilet paper rolls aren’t even put into the covered dispenser, they are left on the unsanitary handicap bars.
Whoa-the female manager with the neck tattoo runs the joint like Atilla the Hun! She rode the white cashier dude with the red beard like a stinkin mule. I was embarrassed for her the way she was talking to him in front of other staff and customers. The company might want to send her back to people-school before it costs them dearly. Otherwise, it was the usual experience: super busy, the dining room is always a wreck, and the food is hit or miss, depending on circumstances.
Grand Blanc location awesome food and the general manager was more then amazing!! I had placed an order with someone yesterday with the number given to me online because the online order wouldn’t go through. They took my order and payment. When I received the email info was wrong I emailed them back no response so I called them the morning of this event to make sure all info was correct. Order was canceled. WHAT!! I never received a call email nothing. I called general manager and district manager never got a call back. I even had a confirmation email. The person taking the catering order had a different location. OMG. I called the grand Blanc location morning of the event to see if we could do anything about this order. Kimberly the general manager made it happen so we could go on with this event. Thank you Kimberly!! Amazing!!!
I was very disappointed when my doordash order arrived. I got a quesadilla & they didn’t include ANY of the side dips I ordered. I was given a dry quesadilla and none of the 3 dips I ordered to go with it… Definitely not impressed by this experience.Food: 3/5
