One of the worst and most unprofessional store in America. Few days back one of friend purchased some cards from them they have taken 1000$ from my friend and given empty card without any balance. Also store misbehaved with her when she tried to inform them about card I will suggest to never step in here they are fraud cheater and have no manners to deal with senior citizen
Amy who works the register is absolutely rude. I inconvenienced her by coming up to her line. Made sure I knew she was unhappy by throwing things aggressively into my bag. Absolutely rude. If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and find a new one. I will not be returning while she’s here.
I wanted to hopefully stop shopping in busy Bonney Lake, so I tried this place out. Took me over an hour to buy a few things, mainly because I was constantly fighting past the gossiping employees having their drama talk in the center of any given isle. Good luck asking them to move because they won't. You may receive a nasty glance though. The meat selection was so sad, I almost cried. The produce section was pretty impressive, but that's the only positive. Man, this place seriously sucked. It's a freaking grocery store, and they somehow managed to make it suck. Won't be back E V E R
Nice people, store well laid out and easy to shop. Self serve clerk was very helpful. Good place to shop, but a little on the expensive side.
This place is WAAAY cheaper than Safeway. I'm so glad I convinced my mother to start shopping here instead, after 30 years stopping at that other place. QFC is closer to home, it is way easier to get in and out quickly and efficiently. The employees here are very personable and quickly learned who I was by name. Maybe it's just me, but they seem happier then the employees up the road. This is one of the cleanest and most organized, well-stocked grocery stores that I've shopped at anywhere throughout my life. It definitely is a Quality Food Center.
Best store in Enumclaw that I've been to there prices are good and their customer service is really good too. The people at the Starbucks inside are really fast and they get your orders right 99% of the time
Horribly Expensive Store. I'm going to hate to see how bad its gonna get when they are all owned by the same outfit! Talk about price gouging, OUCH
It's a decent QFC. It used to be better but it's ok now
Staff are typically upbeat, relatable and down to Earth. I can have a short but sweet conversation with them while checking out. I love their novelty little bakery/cheese/cold meat section and enjoy their selection of food. I don't frequent this location often though as the price of their food is about 2-4 dollars higher than anything in Bonney Lake [for whatever reason]. Food is a bit fresher, but still, it's a large retail grocery store. I don't think I'd put this up there on the list of the equivalent for Haggen so the pricing doesn't feel justified. Otherwise, nice and quick stop if you're not going to BL.
Had a rude lady bagging my groceries tonight. The cashier himself was nice but this bagger just seemed annoyed. It was a younger girl. I don’t want to put her name in here. But she first got annoyed when I said yes that I wanted my stuff in bags. And luckily I didn’t have anything fragile cus she was just kinda tossing stuff in the bag. And she put everything in one bag making it ridiculously heavy. My last three items were 2 liters of soda. She went to put them right in the cart and all I said was “oh could I get those in bags too please?” She responds to me by rolling her eyes and going “ugh!” Like she was annoyed that I asked for another bag. I’m not sure what her problem was.
