QMaster controllers have 4 digital displays that show you the current Pit and Meat Temperatures. The 2 smaller displays show you the target Pit and Meat Temperature. All at a glance.
Here are a few options you can do with the QMaster Senior. You can set you low and high alarm as you please. You can adjust your fan speed as you please.
Once the meat reaches the target temp. the meat probe takes over the fan and maintains the pit at the meats set temperature.
