I am new to the area, read reviews on Yelp then took a gamble. So glad I did! The salon is clean and quiet intentionally. Jackie was gentle and thorough. Both the mani and pedi were done to perfection. The additional massage and warm warps made my experience great. The massage chairs have a surprise setting! I have been to this salon twice. This first time there was also my first experience with SNS, therefore I did not know what to expect. The lady who worked with me was very kind and did a good job. My nails looked very pretty. At the end she used a dremel to buff down my nails and go around my cuticles. This ended upnicking my cuticles, causing them to bleed. Not sure why she didn't deal with my cuticles prior. My second experience, this young lady used a dremel to get the polish off... I wasn't sure if she would know when she reached my real nail or not to stop. She didn't wash my hands once getting all of the polish off and jumped right in to applying the SNS. She only did a few layers of the powder, and again used a demel at the end around my cuticles, knicking them once again. After two weeks the polish cracked and started chipping off. Breaking the nail below it. Three fingers on one hand. This didn't happen the first time, she also didn't shape them the way I requested. My first experience, I rate a 3.5 and My second a 2.

I have been going there for years and the experience is the best in town. The equipment that they use to cut your nails comes in the sterilized packet like the dentists tool come in and they have taken every precaution available to keep customers safe during the pandemic. It is run by a husband and wife who are very cordial and I have always felt comfortable which is something I haven’t felt at other places around town.

Will not come again. Was only 5 mins late, so they couldn't do a French like I wanted, which was the whole point. I can do color myself. They double-downed on only color... and they didn't paint the entire nails! I could've done much better at home. I came back for them to fix it, and they didn't have time.
