Quail Hill Apartments truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, always addressing any issues in a timely manner. The community is well-maintained and provides a peaceful and serene environment. I feel safe and secure here, and the sense of community is strong. Jasmine and Sam's dedication to providing exceptional customer service sets the bar high. They, along with others in the office, genuinely care about their residents, and it shows in every interaction. I am grateful for their assistance and highly recommend Quail Hill Apartments to anyone in search of a superb living experience.
My wife and I enjoy living here and the maintenance team and staff are awesome! The maintenance team is fast and efficient- once you put a maintenance request in, they usually come the same day or the next day and fix the issue. Leo, one of the maintenance guys, is very down to earth and goes out of his way to help with anything you need. A couple of times I forgot to put a maintenance request in for a few more items that needed attention, I asked him if he could address/fix those issues and he did with no hesitation. I really appreciate the hard work and effort they all put in and it makes for a pleasant living space.
I have lived here for over a year and have constant issues with maintenance. Our apartment flooded 3-4 months back, no fault of ours. Maintenance moved our furniture and cleaned up. As a disabled individual I thought A+. However, the carpet was still stained afterward and we even had another flooding issue. I called maintenance and was told they would replace carpet if we moved furniture or they could clean the carpet once more. As two disabled individuals live here we discussed and decided on a cleaning since we are unable to move furniture. Nonetheless, when I called to schedule, staff/maintenance called me a liar and told me they never move furniture. Maintenance lied to our faces and management as to this point has not resolved the issue. Enjoy flooding if your on the ground floor and if your disabled a slap in the face. UPDATE: Management reached out and rectified the situation. Shout out to Nancy at the office who completely solved this conflict with a positive resolution. I am very happy w/ managements response and only left disappointed with how the maintenance staff handled the scenario. Overall thank you Nancy!
Quail Hill Apartments have the best service. You can always get a hold of someone at the office when you call and walk-in appointments are always welcome. Jazmin is terrific to work with and so helpful. I can’t say enough about the maintenance crew. Issues are always resolved quickly with a smile.
Moving with family is big task, this community is been very responsive starting from day-1 of my application. So far we have raised multiple maintainance issues although they were minor and it was been taken care next day of request raised. This shows sense of responsibility and care by team at Quail Hill Apartment. Thank you team so far and we will continue experiencing this place and update our reviews. Moving from texas to irvine is a total different experience. Keep up the good work !!!!
I've been living for about a year and am about to return South Korea. I have called maintenance services several times and they always worked it out so quickly and kindly. My English is humble, but the office staffs were always so kind. The swimming pool was only a few steps away from my apt, so I used it often. Beautiful trails such as the quail trail are close by and the gym is completely equipped, so it is very good for your health. I was very satisfied during my stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in irvine. I will miss this peaceful place when I come back to Korea. Thank you to all the staffs, including Jasmine Estrada, who kindly consulted twice about the move-out!!
We recently had a new baby, with new life comes the need for new space. We were searching everywhere to find a space that matched our needs but was also affordable. Our search came up empty. Until we talked with the staff at Quail Hill. Jazmin was incredibly helpful and professional, helping us in the search but also in coordinating move in dates and all the logistics that come with a move. There are people that do their job and there are people who go above. Jazmin goes above. She works with a stellar team as well, Jasmine is incredibly friendly, loves our kids well, and is patient to answer all our questions. Thank you again Quail Hill team!!
Jasmine E. and Jasmine M. are both amazing! I feel the care and I feel heard whenever i talk to them regarding issues. I once couldn't go into my apartment due some reason and Jasmine E. offered to acquire things I needed from my apartment. This help was beyond what I would expect. Besides being very professional, they are cheerful anytime you walk into the office to talk either of them and it gives you a warm feeling. Thank you both!
Jasmine E. at the Leasing Office is the best. She is so helpful and understanding whenever I call the office even on the weekend reporting some sort of incident or needing help. She helped me called maintenance and even followed up with me later on to make sure my issues have been fixed. I really appreciate the staff at Quail Hill Apartment Homes. Currently a resident and has been for the last 11 months.
I have lived here for about a year and here is an honest review I can say about Quail hill. I'll start first with the pros. PROS: - great location since you are close to pretty much everything, and both the 405 freeway and 5 freeway are easy and quick to get to. -Apartment complex and community is nice. Pools and common areas are well maintained, lots of amenities throughout the property. - staff seems nice, responses are quick and scheduling maintenance requests are fast and easy. CONS: - When I moved in, my apartment unit seems like a very quick and cheap flip. I have been contracted through Essex another apartment company to do their paint, drywall, maintenance, etc, and I was shocked to see how my apartment looked when I moved in. You could tell where they painted, the paint they used did not even blend in with the wall and paint. My apartment is scattered with paint spots on my countertops, closet rails, shelves, etc. My garage has so many spots that again, made me shocked that the maintenance manager and front office even allowed this apartment to turn over. Paint seems extremely cheap, with any small scruff and mark on the wall will show. The backdoor to my bathroom is cluttered with paint spots. Very embarrassing for the maintenance team on this one. - PLEASE try to walk the apartment building and apartment before moving in, scout to see who your neighbors would be. I know this is my mistake, but the neighbors around me are extremely disrespectful, you can hear whenever someone slams their doors. Drywall is extremely thin, so you do hear everything. - I personally feel like rules do not get enforced. Cars are required to be moved within 72 hours of parking and some cars can sit in the same spot for weeks. You are allowed two cars per unit, but there are many people who have multiple cars that takes up multiple spots picky I know, but it is annoying when you get back from work and every spot is taken because of this - Going off of rules not being enforced, there are a lot of balconies on the insides of buildings that are just cluttered with junk, such a eye sore for the price you pay. Overall, this apartment complex is a nice spot and convenient if you have work nearby, but I do believe there are better complexes and properties around that are better and cheaper.
