Always raising the rent and never fixing things always complaining about the leaves falling off the trees and the grass growing in the rock driveways. I got stuck in the road right in front of my driveway 1 winter due to the roads not being plowed. That's why I gave a 1 star rating the mobile home park needs improvements. I do not recommend living here until improvements are made.
I think it's a wonderful place management, Diana and husband make you feel like family. I've been around this park for almost 7yrs an amazing!! Community. I've seen management out cleaning up the Community. You don't see that any many patks
The mobile home park is very clean and ran by an amazing manager. Diana and her husband are very nice and helpful. I enjoyed speaking with her and the homes are nice and clean. Good place to call home.
Amazing park manager!! Really a quiet Park and nice place to raise your children in. Really quick to get back to you about any issues and resolve them quickly. Wonderful place to live!
Quail Run Mobile Home Community is a great place to live. It's in a nice area of Edwardsville and the park is maintained very well. The management is top-notch and they respond quickly to the needs of the tenants.
Great place to live with a management team that really care about their people who live in the park.
Decent place to live, clean and kept up, great friendly people, relatively cheap for what and where it is. Diane and Jerry manage the place very well!
This is a nice, safe neighborhood. There is new management and they are making upgrades and improvements to make this a desirable community.
Too small of yards and people are not to friendly especially management! Needs to be a little more cleaner well!
My friend lives there and it is a nice neighborhood with nice people and good people
