Quality Dairy

I normally never have a problem and love the food but recently they gave me a wrong order. I called and with no problem they corrected it and gave me a free order to get anytime. Thank you!!

Last time I was here There was a physical fight over the washers and dryers because the lady did not want to share the laundry mat she brought some guys so they could fight anyone who had a problem with her taking over the entire laundromat now I don't own a car I don't have my driver's licence and this is the only place I can go and to be treated that way and have no one coming help with the problem on store side is ridiculous I love quality dairy is it my favourite not really but you know what It's better than trying to find something else when you'd have nowhere else to go UPDATE: This is 2 years later. A lot of things have changed new tables, new washer, and dryers. It's much cleaner now. It's amazing how much things have changed. You can see they are tying there best. I won't delete my last review because I want people to see where they have come from. Today I got stung by a bee many times and I had to get allergy medicine in the front. I wasnt going to report but the manager that was working today over heard what happened and was very concerned and helped me find what I needed. I wasn't going to fill out an incident report because it never have a bad allergic reaction. But we filled one out anyway. Have been checked on twice since it happened They have been super kinda and very helpful. I really liked the fact that we were laughing and joking never seen a bee this unique bee before. Found out its only native to Texas. Thank you QD for making the day funny.

Went in the morning when time showed that it wasn’t busy, about 5 others were there but had plenty of washers and dryer’s available. Pleasantly pleased with prices on machines. Morning staff at convenient store was very friendly. Donuts were awesome as well. Has change machines for laundromat customers. Overall would recommend.

Don't bother coming to the laundromat. Nothing ever works here. Most of the dryers are broken now. Extractors have been down for over ten years. The one dryer that was not tagged took my quarters and no, I did not get my money back. Thanks for wasting my time and money. I've been going here for about 15 years. I will never come here again.

Machines always out of order. Then you get someone who takes all dryers that do work. Many times I have to wait for dryer to open and all I need is one. : Store side, morning staff is always friendly. Lisa always says good morning. Many times I hear her say the customer's name. That's great customer service!

Don't even bother. There's nothing you can get here that you can't get as good or better elsewhere. The machines are not maintained well and you'll often find mold/mildew on them. The laundromat is the WORST. It's dirty, the machines are constantly broken and the staff simply don't care. There are a couple cashiers that are just rude. I kept giving this place chances and I'm just done. I'll drive to Lansing to do laundry to get good service and use nice machines. And I'll go to Speedway for gas and snacks.

Laundry... Extractors OUT OF ORDER ,,,Dryers 40 percent OUT OF ORDER ! I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW they take pride in a name QUALITY dairy .if they cannot even care for their equipment , PLEASE if you are going to provide a service and want customer satisfaction please take care of us ! We come here wanting to do our laundry in a timely fashion but if we all have to wait in line for a dryer because they are all broken that's not right. There is a population of people that does not own washers and Dryers and this is why we come here . BECAUSE WE APPRECIATE THAT THERE IS LAUNDRY FACILITIES that we put our money in , we would appreciate it even more if your equipment worked so we can get out of here a quick as we can . Machine took my money and manager got an attitude about giving me the refund of 75 cents and told me he had feeling and was upset at the way I asked for the money back when I wasn’t even rude. This dude already had an issue before he met me ! Then I put 20 $ in the change machine and it gave me 8.00$ I went back there and told him and said there was nothing he could do refused to give me my money or his bosses number then gave me corporate and number left and voicemail. I go back there once again to ask for his bosses number and he gives me the store number and answers it. This guy is a joke !!! There machines don’t work. The store is filthy it’s just not worth wasting your money on !!

Excellent reasonably priced ice cream. Very limited supply if donuts and no cookies available on my visit.
