Quality Inn Boise Airport

This motel is SO quiet even though it's located right at the airport. Stated in room 209. Great shower! The old girl shows her age in some ways, but the staff and the breakfast, plus the room and the shower, really make the stay well worth the effort and the price. Definitely recommendRooms: 5/5

Had to reschedule on short notice due to our original hotels air conditioner failing so the service issues were probably largely related to late booking. Once a room was ready, it was freshly cleaned and fully stocked. Air conditioner worked well but was quite loud. There was a continental breakfast in the morning. Nothing fancy but better than I've had other places do be careful in the shower as the water was much hotter than I was expecting Rooms: The rooms are clean and well stocked, but it is obvious that many things have been improperly repaired such as light switches in the bathroom being incorrectly wired as well as the stopper for the bathtub not being installed. All relatively small things for an overnight stay at the prices they offer Safety: One of the key card exits to the main hallway was not functional so anyone could have walked in from the outside in the middle of the night. I hope this is merely a fluke but was disconcerting when I saw in the morning

Friendly clerk at check-in. It's an older place, but conveniently located. Would have been a 5, but the room did smell like it had been smoked in, had an off smell, but it was clean otherwise, and the bed is comfortable. I travel for business and usually have to do some computer work in the hotel. I had to hunt down a suitable outlet to charge my phone and had to wedge the night stand against the plug so it would stay in the outlet. Other than that, good value for the money, and I will stay here again when work brings me back up here. Breakfast is offered, but I didn't partake in it since I had to leave for work an hour before service.

I absolutely would never stay here. I saw other really good reviews but absolutely not. I would stay in my car before one of these rooms. And I did. The chairs are stained with white and brown stains. First room smelled like poop and sweat. 2nd room want clean when we walked in with hair and stuff all over the place. With huge stains over the carpet, beds and chair agin. Absolutely do not come here. Would give 0 if I could. Vodka bottles are their form of decor on the counter. I should have taken more pictures

I tried to check in at 6:00 PM. As I walked to my room the hall smelled of urine. When I got to my room it wasn’t ready. They had just started cleaning it. There were other people waiting in the lobby and outside for their rooms to be cleaned. I told the person at the front desk that we were going to try to get another reservation at a different hotel. She started yelling at me. I asked, “Are you really yelling at me? The paying customer?” She said yes she was and kept yelling. Luckily we got a reservation down the street at a much cleaner and nicer hotel. And our room was ready.

The entire place had an 'end of life' feel to it. This is the type of place someone would consider suicide in. It was so close to the freeway we couldn't hear anything else. I'm shocked that Quality Inn tm would put their name to it.Rooms: 1/5
