I give this place 4 stars. The best showers Ive ever taken in a motel. Water pressure is great and adjustable shower head were Amazing!! Beds are very comfortable, quiet room and Breakfast was wonderful! ! Waffles, grits, cheese, biscuits and gravy, cereals, bagels, fresh fruits and toppings, Bacon, cream cheese. Best tasting and variety breakfast, Ive ate and seen on a continental breakfast !!! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the carpet, curtains and bedspreads needs to be replaced and updating. But was clean . I will choose and recommended this motel to others. For the price I couldn't have expected anymore than I got from my stay. Enjoyed my stay very much !!!! Staff was very helpful and friendly !!!!
Disgusting! I booked was a king, I was told they were out of kings. The double room was horrendous. Unvacuumed floor with a used bar of soap on the floor. The room smelled of smoke and the tub was obviously untouched. Dirty, black in the bottom and ring around the tub itself... cringeworthy yo say the least. The second room was a king and nicer but i was just so turned off by the first room. Needs a good clean new carpet remodeling the whole 9 yards. Very Nice staff though....
Well you get what you pay for. The room was dirty and the bathroom was molding. The microwave and fridge looked as if it wasn't cleaned in months. I was told the hotel pool was closed due to homeless people using it as a bath but the very next day it was open and people were in it. The air around the hotel smelled like a port-a-potty I would guess due to the construction going on in the neighboring lot. Overall I would not ever stay here again and I would highly suggest you pay a few extra dollars for a better hotel room.
Paid a last minute price fort this hotel. The furniture was outdated. Room appeared clean until I saw the dead bug on the floor. The wood nightstand looked like it had been attacked by termites with the shavings on the floor. The cable didn't work. There was a crack head hanging around outside. The front desk staff was nice. I didn't report the problem because I was too tired arrived around 12am. Not what i would expect from a quality inn.
The hotel could use some updates. When we got there the bedspreads were stained and the whole room had not been cleaned really well, plus there was no bath towels in the room. The staff was great though and very pleasant.
It was convenient for the time and place. The front desk service was good and the breakfast in the morning was good for me and my kids, but the pool wasn't available and the room service only came after we left, and their service was needed before. I called to the office for room service but the front desk said that I would have to wait 10 minutes, but they never came.
Horrible We stayed toward th back and the parody was filthy. You had to wear your shoes otherwise your socks or booties were black on the bottom. Roaches ran up the walls and over the surfaces. The towells were very thin and stained. We asked for a refund and was refused. We had to leave regardless. It was the worst motel I have ever stayed or even heard about. The pool was also dirty. I would never get into it. I would not leave my dog there overnite.
The room was nice but it's bad when I book a room a month in advance and yet somehow my room gets given away. Then the lady at the front calls and tells me the day I am supposed to check in that my king room has been overbooked and is not available. I asked well what happen to it, it's been booked a month ago she tells me well we can cancel it so you won't be charged. I said no I want my room. She then replies the only thing we got is a double bed room do you want that. When I got there and asked about my room further, she told me that someone had extended their stay, and that is why my room was not available. So all and all the rooms are nice But the front desk service sucks and they lie. The next morning at check out, I found out the real reason about my booking, half the hotel can't be stayed in because of a gas leak. But heck idk if that's true or not the lady at the front desk at this point has told me three different things...
If I could I would give 0 stars!! Dirty floor. Bath tub still had hair from either legs or groin region ac unit didn't work! The room door had been kicked in before and has a gap big enough for my toddlers hand to got through! Not to mention the smell of the room when we checked in! Staff was friendly though. I DO NOT recommend.
It was in a great place close to everything we wanted to see. The only reason for three stars is the new desk girl tried to give our room to someone else and failed to put us in the system even though we stayed two nights. The breakfast was very good and the employees were all very nice. The bed slept well but the water took forever to get hot. It looks like they are in the middle of a remodel.
