DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Safety and security are not even a thought here. Doors are kicked in and locks have maintenance issues. The managers will give you the worst room possible. They have charged me 3 times and we did not even stay there. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!
Has a kiosk for check in, so not a lot of staff present. Has limited breakfast menu but was still good. Rooms are clean and property well maintained. Good place overall.Rooms: 3/5
Location and good price were why we stayed, and might again if we're ever back. However, the rooms had an odd smell, and the shower was tepid at best. Breakfast was a poor joke, but there's a nice breakfast spot right next door. Rooms: Not bad, but desk a bit sticky, and shower not very warm. Sheets were clean and bed comfortable. Food & drinks: Breakfast was not good. Waffle maker produced soggy waffles, and milk was spoiled. Didn't even bother later. Good place for breakfast next door.
I have never felt so unsafe in my life I was absolutely terrified! Some man watched us go to our room at 10 o’clock at night it was my husband and 3 small children I had to put the table up against the door so no one would break in the joke of a door it smelt like smoke hair on the bed rusty sink just flat out disgustingRooms: 1/5
The room was fine. I just do not understand why it takes so long for my $100 deposit to be released back to my account. For that reason, I will not be staying here ever again.Rooms: 4/5
The floors are new and it has fresh paint . The beds where clean , the ac good. The microwave was dirty and it’s old, it looked like something melted part of the microwave. The refrigerator had cracks inside and the curtains are old and had stains. We had a small cockroach walk in the room. If you going to just pass by for 2 nights it’s good. The washing machine are old. I did not use it. We did not use the pool either. It need some upgrades.
I will start by saying the staff is the only reason this doesn’t get 1 star. We booked online and paid in full while booking. When we got to check in, they required a $250 cash deposit or we couldn’t check in. We got to our room and it looked nothing like the pictures. The curtains had holes in them. The bed sheets had holes in them and some red marks on them we hope was not blood. The beds are the loudest and most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money on something nicer.
The room was clean and nice, and the staff were helpful, despite being virtually there, Steve was still able to help with all my needs including extending, and getting into my room early even after having to switch rooms. The breakfast was good too!Rooms: 5/5
This hotel is worth -5 stars. Please DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILIES HERE! Does it sound like a deal? Sure! Should you expect flaws, absolutely. However, a dirty and unsanitary room is unacceptable, NO EXCUSES! There were markings of something brown all over the curtain and curtain rod. There was dry blood splatters on the bathroom wall. The sheets were DIRTY. The coffee machine had not been cleaned and was left wide open with a used coffee sack in it. The headboard had white sticky markings on them. I understand worn furniture for a cheaper hotel, however, something worn does not mean it has to be FILTHY!!! I wish that I could attach the pictures to show you how bad it was. I cannot afford to get sick because of the lack of cleanliness When we tried calling the front desk, the phone line fell out and it took me forever to get a hold of anyone to help me and then to have an inexperienced front desk employee to top it off. DO NOT COME HERE
