QOLG is a California registered not-for-profit Organization promoting aging service programs, education and research in the Untied States and China.
Min Cole is an applied gerontologist, Founder and the President/CEO of Quality of Life Group promoting professional programs in the US and China. Min is currently operating an ADHC program in Southern California and using her knowledge, experience and skills working for the State of California Department of Aging Quality and IPC revision work group. She is also working closely with University of La Verne on Aging Service Leadership Coaching program and will be teaching a course "Long-term Care Management Leadership" in Spring 17. Min is the true leader in Long-term care administration, senior housing and community based services for the elderly. Currently, QOLG is developing person-centered care research, LTC Management online and on the site education program and "Memory support program". We have been helped business owners in opening ADHC/CBAS from all stages. We also help developers to build assisted living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and CCRCs from marketing feasibility, site analysis, design, program planning, operation management and quality/business improvement etc. Working with Quality of Life Group, we create community based senior services programs helping older adults aging in place and working with the most venerable adults such as people with Dementia and Alzheimer.
