Quality Shoe Repair

I took my tennis shoes to have the shoelace holds put back on. They'd, 2 of them, come off after owning for about 6 mon. which was past the return date for Amazon. Took them to this place on a Friday, he said he'd have them ready on Tuesday. Went back on that day he hadn't done anything but repaired them while I waited. Had paid $10 in advance. Took them home, wore them the next day and all was well. Next day they came apart again. Took them back on Friday, and he said he'd have them ready Monday afternoon. Went back on Wednesday because of the first situation. Again they weren't ready, he hadn't done anything. He said he'd been sooo busy, though each time I'd been there, not person was there. I Told him to just give back the shoes, had complained about $10 for nothing, he stuffed a$10 bill. in my shoe. Their were more unpolite words and I left.

Do not go here! he will tell you that it will take 2 weeks but then 3 months later you will show up demanding your money and shoes back. This is what I did! Just don't go here.

I read all the reviews prior to calling. My husband and I went anyway. I did call Eddie prior to making the trip because we were driving for some distance and my husband was flying out the next weekend. We arrived as we told him. He looked over the boots and said he could do the job and have them ready on the following Saturday. We were running late on Saturday so he was so kind to leave them at the store next door. The job he did on the boots exceeded our expectations. We could not be more pleased. He made one repair and put new soles on. The boots look better then when we bought them new! THANKS EDDIE A+++++

Great guy, did a good job, but a bit slow. Just a lot of shoes for one fella to work on. Very happy with the job done!!

This guy might have been good a very long time ago but he is no longer. I left a pair of boots with him 3 months ago and he still hadn’t gotten to them. He then blamed me stating that I should have called. I called 5 times and he never answered. He then argued with me blaming me for his lack of organization and management of his business. Almost positive he collects money before hand in order to not do any work hoping that customers forget to pick up their shoes. Complete scam.

Very slow service which would be ok if he wouldnt lie about it. I dropped off a tool pouch for repair on 3/11 and he said it would be ready in 3 days. He kept telling me that each week when I would arrive to pick up. On 5/16, I called and he said it was ready. But when I got there, it wasnt. He missed one of the 3 spots he was to repair. He asked me to wait a few minutes and he could finish up. He finally gave it to me but one of the other spots was missed as well. I took it anyway and left as I was tired of dealing w him.

This guy has been cobbling shoes for a very long time. I had a heel problem on a pair of golf shoes. He made them look like brand new. Very reasonable prices. Great sense of humor also. 10 of 10 for sure!

Wow, where do I begin? I was told by a local business that this place was the “bees knees”. I will tell you that this was not my experience. I dropped my shoes off for a simple repair on 6/6/18. The soles needed to be re-glued. That was it. The owner told me that he would have them repaired by the following Monday 6/11/18. Seemed good enough to me. I went and gave him $10 for the repair. I gave this guy an extra week and had my wife and kids go to pick up my shoes on 6/19/18. When she got there the owner had a hard time finding my shoes. This man has no organizational skills at all as shoes were thrown on top of other people’s shoes. After waiting a few minutes for the owner to find my shoes he informs my wife that he has not repaired the shoes yet. He told her to give him 30 minutes to repair them. Wait a minute???? 30 minutes??? I gave him over 2 weeks to repair them and apparently my repair wasn’t important enough. Anyways, I told my wife to just request a refund and bring my shoes back home as I would find a place that wanted my business. The owner proceeds to tell my wife “I guess your husband didn’t want his shoes fixed in the first place”. Wow, just wow. I gave this man the opportunity to provide me with a service and gave him ample time despite the terrible reviews posted online. I should have saved myself some time and listened to everyone else who posted their experience. Do yourself a favor and find a business who appreciates you as a customer. People like this won’t be in business for long due to their incompetence.

Great service and got the shoes repaired in time for a big trip.

He doesn't even deserve 1 star. He resoled my Justin Ropers. They were in excellent shape. Had to pay him in advance. Kept my boots much longer than he said. When he resoled the boots, he pulled them so tight I can no longer put the boots on my feet. We have brought them back numerous times to get them stretch to no avail. He even made the comment that my feet had grown bigger. I have had these boots for a long time and have never had a problem wearing these boots. He wouldn't give my money back for ruining my boots. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I work for a shoe company and get calls about getting shoe repair and I don't recommend him.
