Me and my family have stayed here twice 2020,2021 we love how close everything is. Best hotel to stay at when we go to the parks!Rooms: 5/5

Stayed one night. We got a one-bedroom suite. A very roomy living room and bedroom. A little outdated, but not bad. Had a full kitchen, but only had two plates, one bowl, some spoons, and one butter knife. For some reason, did not have any forks. But did have a pot and pan for the small stove. Had a very small pool and a jacuzzi. But the jacuzzi was roped off and not usable. It was one of the reasons I had reserved the hotel, so that was disappointing. Supposedly, they had a hot breakfast. This was the second reason we booked this hotel. I don't know if it's because of covid, but they told us they were only doing "breakfast bags" for breakfast. We found out the breakfast bag contained one apple, one mini bottle of water yes, a mini size, one small muffin, and one granola bar. That was it! I was so shocked! That was supposed to be in place of our hot breakfast. They could have had a line to hand out foods that we actually wanted if they didn't want people touching things, or they could have taken orders the night before, but they chose not to do that. We were going to a theme park, so we ended up going without breakfast. Not happy at all. With things as they are now, I would not stay here again.

Price was good. Room was ok.. ac was loud and trying to figure out why put a ceiling fan in the room, if the customer can't change the speed of it.  Shower area could have been little better.  Jacuzzi was closed and nasty.  Pool had allege around the edge of the pool.  The dryers don't really dry the clothes.  Had full size fridge.  It's close to everything.   But may not go back there

Great value for the money and close to Disney. Look no further if you want a best place to stay and low cost to spend. Room is well maintained and very spacious. It is equal to 1 bedroom apartment. 2 burner stove Dishwasher Iron pad Two queen beds with good quality beds Sofa set Dining area.

Absolute worst staff I've ever encountered in my years of staying in hotels. Room service was as simple as taking trash and making the beds with the already dirty sheets, and only happens upon request. They also left me with a half used lotion bottle and a half used shampoo bottle after "cleaning" and I haven't used their lotion or shampoo since I got here. Not to mention the fact that someone randomly peeked into my room for 5 or so seconds without knocking, apologizing or at least explaining why they randomly opened and looked into my hotel room. Absolutely disgusting.

The room was very big. It was a one bedroom suite.  But it didn't seem very clean. The furniture was very out dated and dirty. The refrigerator doors opened the wrong way. So annoying!  The duvet cover had stains on it.  The tub had marks all over it too. I didn't feel clean showering in it. I don't think I'll stay here again.

Overall pretty good. My biggest problem was the lackluster breakfast. It was a single granola bar, half-size water bottle, an apple and muffin. Everything from the pool to the rooms to the surrounding area were amazing. Disney world and Universal studios are each about 15 minutes away. There are multiple shopping and restaurant areas nearby.

Could have been a lot better.  The other hotels around the area have a descent Breakfast.  This place had these little bags with a small muffin, apple, and a mini bottle of water.  No juice, milk or anything.  They were set up to have a nice Continental Breakfast like advertised, but it was all blocked off.  The pool was dirty and cold.  Most doors to the rooms had dents in the bottoms.  The dishes were dirty in the rooms.  Someone obviously let this place go during Covid.

Hotel was pretty dated and not very clean. Carpet and curtains were stained. We had ants in our room. The towels were extremely small... could barely wrap around an adult. As others have stated the A/C unit is right next to the bed and pretty loud when it goes on and off throughout the night. That being said the beds and pillows were comfortable and the front desk was accommodating when needing extra towels and pillows although they should consider providing extras in the room for a 6-person unit. The full size fridge was nice for storing snacks and drinks for Disney. It is fairly close to Disney Springs, although the traffic in the area is pretty heavy so it’s still probably a 20 minute drive. Probably won’t stay again - I’ll spend an extra $30 a night to stay somewhere nicer.

We stayed here for a week during our vacation to Orlando. We loved how close it was to the parks. Free parking at the hotel was a plus, especially since some of the area hotels charge for that. They do have a shuttle service to the parks, but we did not use it as much. Our hotel room was very spacious and always clean. Housekeeping made sure our beds were made everyday, we always had fresh towels, and our trash was always taken out. Having a full sized refrigerator made it convenient to put groceries into it without having to cram everything in. Everyone at the front desk was very courteous to us and we got a great deal for the room. We did not have any issues during our stay. I also loved how quiet it was while staying there! When we come back to the Orlando area, we will definitely be staying here again! :
