Quality Urgent Care

I love many of the providers here, but there is one that has consistently been rude and inconsiderate. I have hypermobility with dislocations. I went in for pain management until I get into my specialist. Jim Allen said that I can't have pain since I'm hypermobile and l I can't have pain with dislocations due to being flexible. Since people in the circus can dislocated without pain. I shouldn't have any either. Not until I'm old with arthritis which I already have. He then prescribed me medication that I can't have due to sensitivities that I had told him about. This is one of many negative interactions with this person. His people skills are atrocious and he should reconsider his bedside manner.

Absolutely some of the best medical care providers in our area and top notch staff that are always friendly and helpful. Hours are great for our busy schedules. We appreciate the entire team at Quality Urgent Care McCook! Thank you all for caring for us!

We drove an hour and this place didn't disappoint. Dr. Schmitz, the nurse and front desk staff were all excellent with our little one: great bedside manner and very efficient while taking time to listen. We had a 10-15 minute wait but the waiting room is huge and so homey/comforting/relaxing.

So I get that we are in a very infectious time right now but the dr whoever he was, did a terrible job. I have a ventricular septal defect and I went in thinking I had covid. Tested me. Dr came in and says not covid gonna try influenza. Came back in and says yep influenza a. Get prednisone at Walmart. Later. Good luck. And out he went. I had some chest pains as I had told the nurse. I have reason to worry about that some. He wouldn’t even put the stethoscope to my chest . That’s retarded. All for a $390 bill. The pharmacist at Walmart was more help than the dr. Very disappointed

Terrible place refused a car accident victim help said nothing they can do and sent him out the door after arguing with him all he needed was help and they did not care one bit. Terrible place don't know y it's even around. Pick and choose who they serve. The place is called urgent care. And they refused urgent care. Should probly change there name.

I have always had great care from the doctors here. However, almost every time I have come to be checked out, I have had to wait one to two hours to be seen. They are a busy place, and it's confusing to understand the order they call people in. You will think you're next, but you won't be. So be prepared for a long wait.

Professional, and overall a positive experience. And now that I've run out of options, it's a relief to know that when I need to be seen and not in an emergency room, and somewhere I can easily get to, I can. And that not a past I cannot change isn't what is important-it is now, and it is getting accomplished what needs to be. No more having to relive it.
