Best equestrian facility in the PNW. Instructors care for the horses and really help you learn proper horsemanship which makes riding very joyful and zen. Extremely thankful for Mrs. Julia for showing the ropes and world of horses. Highly recommend QRF for lessons intro to advanced to boarding.
Great place for a horse show. My niece and her friends had a great time performing today. It was easy to find and the parking was great. The organizers did a great job of putting everything together.
Quarry Ridge is a fantastic place to learn how to ride a horse and to care for one. The staff are very patient and offer lots of encouragement. Very clean and professionally managed. This farm treats their horses exceptionally well! It's clean, very affordable, and their staff is knowledgeable. My daughter has been riding here for years and theyre always willing to work with clients.
This barn is exceptionally well managed, and is a pleasure to ride at. The horses are well cared for; I wouldn’t board my horse anywhere else. The lessons are wonderful, both Heath and Julia do a great job encouraging and helping riders to achieve their goals. I highly recommend this barn for anyone looking to improve their riding, be it a casual rider or someone looking for more serious training. The shows hosted here are also a really great experience. A variety of classes are offered and prices are very reasonable. Lots of fun for both beginning and more experienced riders.
The instructors at Quarry Ridge Farm are wonderful. My daughter loves her time at the barn and has learned so much. Her riding and horsemanship skills have grown enormously. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive for all riders and family members. We love it here.
I love jumping lessons at Quarry Ridge! The horses are well cared for and trained. The instructor is patient and clear. My riding has improved so much! My weekly lesson is a great highlight in my life. The horses get turned out into spacious pastures, stalls and barn are clean and there is a nice outdoor arena for summer. Footing in indoor arena is nice and dust free.
We've been on the hunt for "that" barn, the one where kids are welcome, the instructors know how to work with children, and the horses are loved. This place is all that. My daughter is really learning a lot and has an instructor she can truly look up to.
As both a rider returning to horsemanship after a 30 year hiatus, and now several years later as an owner, this barn is my happy place. Instruction is excellent and insures riders of all ages understand safety and horsemanship before progressing. School horses are happy, well cared for, and appropriately matched with riders. Drama free community, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable instructors. Both jumping and flat work lessons are both challenging and fun. As a boarder my horse is relaxed and healthy - clean barn/stall/run and daily turnouts in lovely pastures. Many barns closer to my home, but none match the home my horse and I have found at Quarry Ridge.
Fantastic facility with full lesson program for kids and adults, and great schooling shows
