Que in the Lou BBQ and Gourmet Catering started back in 2008 with a few friends who combined their efforts, knowledge and love for BBQ into a competition team. It quickly grew as the team began to win numerous awards. Friends, family and other patrons began asking the team to cater events. With his experience in various cuisines and passion for cooking, Que in the Lou's chef, Mario Mazzola, is now taking this adventure to a new level. Along with the catering business and BBQ competitions, a food truck, Smoke-N-Motion, is in the works and coming to a street corner near you.
