The food is good. The service is great. However they slap a mandatory 18 % on the bill instead of leaving it to the individual customer. I left another 2% to make it an even 20% as service was great. Yet the forced addition of 18% left a bad taste in my mouth and as I do with other venues that resort to these tactics , I shall not go back. Tipping has lost its meaning . If it is part of the item cost then honestly it is less polemic to be up front and add it where it should be rather than camouflaging it until the end. Again the food and service are excellent

This place was a huge let down. I was met with cold long stares from the cashiers and no greeting. Hot dogs was cold. Bun was cold. Fries were hard and cold. Soda was warm. The hotdog to bun ratio was extremely off. Will not be returning.Food: 1/5

Great location! Came for lunch and had a great experience. My server was friendly and attentive. We had the beef arepas which they were freshly made and steaming hot. I asked for hot sauce and she brought me the bottle and it was fantastic. With that we order a scooby doo hotdog and a mini picada and they were both delicious. Definitely would be back again.

Wonderful staff, good environment, great hours especially after late night events at the hard rock casino etc. Pricing was reasonable. They do charge a 18% gratuity I was there with 1 other person. Food presentation was great and it tasted just as well. Everything was large portions even small fries I would definitely go back. Between the 2 of us we brought 4 different items with a beer and 2 waters. It was $55.32. Parking: There are about 10 to 12 parking spaces Kid-friendliness: They have various kids meals that come with a caprisun drink and a toy.

To summarize: The food was great, the waitress was very attentive, and the place is nice and clean. Will definitely be back! More in Depth: I had the chicken arepa and it was very tasty. The arepa itself was so good - very thin so it was crunchy and delicious! They offer an assortment of sauces: pineapple, cilantro, pink sauce, and a garlic ? sauce. They were all delicious, and together with the arepa AH-MAZ-ING!!!!! Also had the Burger criolla and it was very tasty. I wish they would use a different bun instead of a regular burger bun maybe potato bun or brioche just to elevate it a bit but besides than that it was really good. I also had a lychee juice and it was really good as well.

They will charge for an additional arepa or sauce even if you are a permanent customer. From 1 to 10, they always gonna be a 5 for me. They'll never be my favorite colombian fast food. Never!!Food: 3/5

First time trying this place. We were warmly greated on walking in. It was empty around noon on a Saturday, lots of tables that needed to be cleaned better, there were crumbs on them. The bathroom looked clean but there was no toilet paper. We had to ask for someone to bring some to guest using the facilities. Service was definitely not worth 18% charge on our check for a fast food Colombian eating place I would not call it a restaurant at all. . .was disappointed with the traditional burger, the burger meat was not tasty and unseasoned you need to put sauce and picante for it to be ok to eat. . . The Todos Terreno burger was not cooked enough and too under cooked and the meat had no flavor, the food looked way better than it actually tasted for sure! Tried the beef empanadas which were half stuffed with meat and although it was hot and seemed freshly made it was not that great, again needing sauce and picante. The Guanabana with water and the one with milk were the best thing we tried. The maracuya tasted like plain ice milk, flavorless . . .you couldn't taste the fruit at all. Overall not sure we will go there again. If you want to try there stuff get it to go or order and pick up or you will get stuck with a 18% service charge for nothing and they expect a tip too! that is just ridiculous!

Food is good but the worst and cheap places ever went to they monitor how much creams you get. You can only get 3 sauces / creams 1 ketchup, 1 green cream, 1 hot sauces, ect. Also the cream cups only come half full . when i ask for extra they try to charge me. I always get the big picada dison which is for 3 people and they always give me 3 sauces not enough. This is the Only reason why i wont come back to this place. Cheap owners
