Coming from someone that has been described as "hard to please" this has been the BEST experience getting my taxes done. I have had 3 accountants in 9 years. They were good but constantly difficult to get responses from and took a while sometimes late to get taxes completed after sending them all the paperwork. They promised advise throughout the year for my Business and didn't deliver. Dawson got me on the calendar early, sent me the list of what he needed, then in my appointment completed my taxes right there!! I was there to answer any questions, he gave bits of advise along the way, and I walked out knowing they were done and filed. Additionally, he was EXTREMELY educated in the write offs and making the best use of them. He also charged less than the last 2 I have had who said they would provide that level of service and did not. His office was also very calm and welcoming, great environment!
Called and left a name and number to schedule a appointment and never received a call back. I will never call them again or recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service in my book!!
My husband and I have been going to Dawson for a few years now and we can't believe how much easier and smoother he makes getting your taxes done. He is definitely a talented accountant! He helped my husband make better choices with how to file his business. If we ever moved out of Queen Creek, we would probably still drive to Queen Creek to have Dawson do our taxes! Dawson and his staff are first rate! I own a small business and have had Dawson do my taxes for three years now and couldn't be happier. He has a unique ability to explain taxes and financials in a way that the non-accounting people can easily understand. Plus has has been able to show me where my mistakes are and how to correct them though that will no longer be an issue as I now have his firm handling all my financials.
