Overall satisfied, Queen's dining halls provide quality, wholesome meals that are much better than student cooking and at an affordable rate of 11-13/per meal My only issue is that many of the food items, flavors, and creations are repetitive with limited creativity in them. Would like to see greater food events and more healthier choices with actual vegetables
In my two years at Queen's I have never had what happened to me this evening. I was trying to swipe a friend through as a guest pass at 5:45PM on March 7 and the woman working the computer accidentally clicked freeze card instead of guest pass. Her and the supervisor did not know how to unfreeze it so I am left with a frozen student card and unable to use it for meals, flex, or TAMs. Mistakes happen and it's understandable so the manager at Ban Righ was very helpful in emailing the dining halls, Loco and Lazy about my situation and to let me have food but I still do not know when my card will be able to have normal usage. As pay thousands of dollars for meal plan and room at Queen's it is unacceptable that I am left with a frozen student card and no real timeline on when it will become unfrozen. Any assistance would be appreciated to rectify this issue. Additionally, the food is of very poor quality e.g. high sodium, high calorie, and high fat foods. Options should be much more healthy beyond the salad bar, soups, and some dishes at Simple Servings. I am extremely unhappy with Queen's Hospitality and will never purchase a meal plan or Flex dollars again if these unacceptable issues are not rectified. The only positive I will say is that most of the staff are very helpful and accommodating towards students and there is a great team there.
Variety, good friendly service, and plently of drink choices. Visit here regularily
The food is good but it's repetitive and my friend got salmonella

Nice environment. Students in and out, discuss and study.
Doors lock at night, really only a dorm with a small restaurant on the bottom floor
