Quality is great and the service was fantastic. We had Abdul and he was very very helpful and very patient. He got us so many tiles so we could really match everything up and was happy to assist us even when we took our time to decide. Excellent service!

Served by Abdul. Was wanting to buy many tiles indoor and outdoor. I knew exactly what we needed and how much. Prices in store were much higher than online. Abdul took all details down and said not to worry about the price and that he can discount it and will get back with a quote. Never heard back from him. Lots of offloading of heavy materials going on on floor above and ceiling was crumbling over me at the time while looking at tiles - very worrying from a health and safety point of view and didn't feel comfortable looking at tiles under a cracked crumbling ceiling

We were served by Abdul, who was not interested in serving us at all. The tiles we wanted were out of stock and he told us they were not going to come back in stock. We went for a lighter shade but the floor ones were not available at the branch. Abdul told us he will check with another store and ring us on Monday. We received no phone call so we called only to find out he does not work on Monday's. We then called again on Tuesday as we saw the tiles we wanted on line. He quoted us "discount" on the tiles but this was more than what we were being offered online. He also claimed the store charges £45 delivery when delivery online is free. I was disappointed with his responses and feel he was not competent in giving us any advice on what we wanted.

Excellent service from Abdul. Great knowledge and has been so so helpful with assisting me and my kitchen tile purchase. Would highly recommend this shop especially with the outstanding service I have had today. Abdul was amazing!

Although we did not end up purchasing the tiles we were interested in because our builder ended up supplying the tiles, we were very impressed by the helpful nature of the staff at the Queensbury branch. In particular, Abdul took care of all our queries and supplied us with advice and answers whenever we needed it. He was always welcoming and polite. A real pleasure to deal with. Dipz looked after me. He is really customer focused and wants to keep the customer happy. I must admit, it's been a while since I had the level of service provided by Tiles DIY. Even when I had an issue with some of the tiles, he was sure to help me out as much as he could on such a tight deadline. Thank you!

Absolutely disappointed. Do not buy from this place. We spent thousands of pounds in this shop for our kitchen and hallway over 70 square metres and the tiles are different shades.we specified at the time if purchase that we wanted the same batch as it is a large area and we were reassured that it will be. The tiles have been laid and some look totally white and some look grey. The area manager, Cengiz, came over to the house to have a look at the tiles and he agreed himself that they look different. I then got an email 2 days later saying theres nothing they will do. It has ruined our entire appearance of the house as it is such an open space and as soon as you walk into the house the eye catches the colour difference. I will be taking this further but please don't buy from this place, go to reputable tile shops.

Good selection of tiles, less so fittings. Nice pile of end of line tiles as discount. All staff very keen to introduce themselves but all had a short attention span and seemed unable to assist one customer at a time. The staff doing the heavy lifting to your car were wonderful though. Very keen that you don't lift anything.

I just wanted to say that all the boys were very helpful and welcoming with any questions I had. But I have to give a special mention to Abdullahi for going the extra mile. I visited multiple times and asked multiple questions which he helped me with all the time without being pushy until I finally made my choice with his expert advice. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there if you need tiles and bathroom products or just need advise from experts. Thank you

Great advice and service from Bathroom and Tile Centre Queensbury Branch. Hussain in particular has been excellent and took time to listen and advise us accordingly before our purchase which was delivered to our doorstep. The after sale service has been spot on including replacing a couple of cracked tiles post delivery and returning surplus boxes following installation without any hassle. Highly recommended.
