Los Angeles, New York, Portland, Moab! Wait, Moab? Is this a typo? What does Moab have in common with all these large cities? Well nothing really, except for the first gourmet food truck to enter this desert paradise offering the same quality, convenience and affordability as the food trucks in the big cities. Quesadilla Mobilla believes in quality over quantity, which is why we chose the location of Moab, Utah. The population may be small but the quality of the people with their adventurous, outdoorsy, adrenaline seeking spirit is exactly the type of individuals we want to serve. Whether you’re visiting for the first time, are a regular weekend warrior, or a local, Quesadilla Mobilla’s goal is to satisfy your taste buds just like the desert satisfies your soul.
Quesadilla Mobilla strives for products with integrity, which means if we wouldn’t want to eat it then we won’t sell it to our customers. As a result our products are made with the freshest ingredients we can find, utilizing locally sourced fruits, vegetables and meats when possible. Our recipes are equally scrutinized till we feel we have come up with the perfect combinations to satisfy all tastes from spicy to sweet, vegetarian to meat.
