Hours, and staffing, make this location impossible for any WORKING person to be seen. The website should state, "Appointments not necessary, unless you do not have 2+ hours to wait". Quest should also consider the fact that most patients are fasting. Since each procedure takes approximately 5 minutes to complete, I'm not sure what the extremely slow turn around time is all about. Obviously, staffing is not adequate.
I'd give it a 0 if I could. Rude greeting can't really call it a greeting, didn't bother to see if I had an appointment I had to yell across the room that I had one before she ran off, and then couldn't find a vein but jabbed the needle in my arm anyway and blamed it on me being dehydrated. I'm not. She pulled the needle out and slid it back in at another angle and laughed at me when I told her I'd reschedule if she couldn't find a vein. I explained I have a fear of needles and I'd rather her not try jabbing at me over and over. Hurt like hell and I'll never go back there. Being diabetic, I'm in for regular blood draws. I've never had a technician do an experimental prick before. Horribly unprofessional technician. I asked for my paperwork back but she refused and said it's in the system. Even if it is, she should still have given me my own lab paperwork back when I asked for it. Terrible location.
Friendly staff. I get in and out fairly quickly when I make an appointment. The few times I've had to walk in, the wait wasn't too bad - 15 or 20 minutes.
Service is garbage. Waiting time is ridiculous. Receptionist is very rude and that's being nice. Going I for a blood test should not take this long or be this difficult. This place is hard to find and outdated. Again garbage so say the least.
Unresponsive to patients in waiting room. Chatting personally amongst fellow co workers within lab. Inability to access obvious vein. Poor quality of ability. Poor quality of standard of care for patients. Embarrassment to profession from someone that knows the job and how to do it correctly!
The wait times are killer if you haven't set an appointment time, but this should be expected. The technician is very friendly, patient, and I usually leave the office laughing, rather than grumpy about waiting for an hour. Get stuck.
I would rather go to DMV than wait here. 2+ hours.. And nowhere to sit. Literally had to stand for 2 hours. I asked if I could wait outside and was told "well I'm not calling names outside"
Long wait times and no one thinks to let you know you will have a 3+ hour wait... there was people sleeping in chairs.. not ok. Filing a complaint with my insurance.
This is a poorly run facility. The receptionist does not treat clients with respect, she shouts out their insurances and embarrassed a few in the reception area. I have been here several times before and yet this time they have lost all of my information. I waited over an hour with a not too full reception area, for a 5 minute draw.
Walk in's will wait for a very long time. After 2 hours, I left without being seen. Make an appointment
