I was appalled at how the staff were treated here by customers! If a person does not have an appointment, of course the person with the appointment will be seen first and the one who is a walk in will wait. A lady asked the phlebotomist which lab did her doctor send her to- then she had the audacity to say she would strangle the employee! How horrible- this is not a fast food restaurant where you are in and out; it’s a healthcare facility! I have been here twice and the the phlebotomist has always been amazing my veins aren’t that large & they were always professional !!
Been here several times in the past using the walk-in option, but today was the worst yet. Expected wait time was 40 minutes, but it has been almost two hours now with no sign of being seen. DO NOT CHOOSE WALK IN! Appointments are seen first, regardless of how long you have waited and they are always fully booked. Walk-ins will be ignored!
If you call in you will be participating in the veritable devil's triangle of phone systems. It is bad. But, don't worry, something about this place is worse -- that is the online patient access. You cannot locate anything on it. Not billing. Not results. Nothing. They continually "lose" your insurance information. They are quite competent at double and triple billing though -- they bill your doctor's office; and you; AND your insurance! So, I cannot say they are entirely incompetent. You will finally get to a technician/phlebotomist. And, by finally, I do mean usually after a LONG wait most times. I have often wondered if I would die in the patient waiting corral before being called back. But, I digress. You will finally see a technician/phlebotomist who usually cannot operate their computer I feel their pain, neither can I through the patient portal -- the fact is that it is likely not me and not every single phlebotomist but the system itself. Today's phlebotomist had some sort of a nose piercing through her septum of her nose. As an added benefit there was a very crusty looking piece of dried nasal mucous on the nasal septal piercing. If you can ever get anything done in this lab, the billing games begin. And by billing games, I mean a gambling house creates a more sure positive result for folks who are there as the players. I suspect an average participant of a gambling house would lose less money at said gambling house than this lab -- see previous comment about double and triple billing. Finally, as a brighter spot, interaction with the employees in person and on the devil's triangle of phones, if you can reach anyone, is a true master's class in rudeness.
Very polite and professional staff, I checked in early for my appointment and I was called back about 5 minutes before I was scheduled! The phlebotomists clearly are well trained, I didn't even feel my stick! If you have to get any testing done, I absolutely recommend having it done here.
They charged my credit card to an account in which they were about to fax my information to the wrong doctor's office in Kansas. When I told them no, my doctor was in Farmington, Arkansas, they had to credit my card and charge it again to a different account. I left with a voided receipt to one account and a good receipt to another account. Started receiving bills. Returned the bill with the receipts. Continued receiving bills. Called and sent another copy of the receipts. They them sent me to collections. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Lab was great and efficient but their results/online account it awful. I wasn’t able to verify myself thanks to their generated questions program. All the of the questions were inaccurate and now I cannot view my results. I will never use quest again and will be looking to use different places now due to this.
Stacy was great! Professional and very skilled. Made my blood draw easy and painless!
They were great about getting me in but I feel assaulted by the Phlebotomist. She blamed it on a faulty needle/she just has no clue what she is doing or worse in CUBICLE 4!
I don't get all the bad reviews! The tablet to check-in is super convenient, I only had a 10 minute wait as a walk-in, and the staff were super friendly!!
They are very good and nice. I was getting blood drawn & I didn't even feel the needle go in. That is a good thing lol
