Every-time I come here it’s always backed up I’ll have an appointment and still end up waiting 1 and a half hours same excuse every time we are short staff but call in a patient every 20 mins. Wow hire more staff this is ridicules. Patients been here since 10am it is now 1:30pm

The place is nice and clean that all other than that prepare to wait and wait and wait if you do not have a appointment. Before they were much faster and less crowded. Not happy with them they are slow and do not worry of elderly needing help to register.

I wanted to have HP stool test. I didn’t have an appointment. It was convenient to make an appointment there myself. But the appointment is 7 hours later. I tried to ask the staff if she can give me the container so I can return the sample at the scheduled time. She said I can only get the container after I checked in and made an appointment. Does that mean I need another appointment when I return the sample. It was disappointed. An old person came in and didn’t know how to check in, not staff was available to help him. New office is beautiful, the waiting time is too long if you don’t have an appointment. If you need a fasting blood test, do not come without an appointment, otherwise your walk-in appointment maybe in the afternoon.

Horrible. I got there 15 mins late and they couldn’t see me. Put me on on standby list that never gets seen. I told the receptionist I can’t be fasting for too long due to low sugar but they ignored my concerns. Waited over an hour amd still not seen. Wrist quest I’ve ever been to. Waste of time.

I've used quest at different locations no issues. Came here the workers are horrible have no empathy. I came on Aug 18 2023 appointment for 220 had proof that I checked and and was told via text to come in at2 40 asked a worker what was going on basically got ignored by all the workers never called in just belitted for no reason. Like if I was lying

Rude. I asked for the supervisor they pointed at a lady walking off who I just asked if the supervisor was available. So unprofessional. Then proceeded to tell me she’s sort of like the supervisor. What does that even mean. Please have a real manager on-site to manage employees who clearly need to be micro managed.

Customer service is great. If you have an appointment, there's hardly any wait and the technicians/phlebotomists are friendly and courteous. The only issue is that they have moved to a new location and the information in Google still has the old location as open.

The place on my visit was extremely clean and friendly The Rodriguez team were and are very professional and happy, I wonder if the Molina pen ran out of ink so I can have it for my collection Ah!,thank you for the service rendered.

GREAT staff . They get you in and out as fast as they could while providing great service. I wait no longer then 10 mins to be called .

Very good app allows you to schedule your appointments and check in online. Usually the wait is very small when you have an appointment. The staff are efficient and friendly.
