I've been to Palm City multiple times. It extremely clean, the staff is excellent, the results are quickly shown on My Chart. If you get an appointment it is easy to get there and get back home. I've been to several other Quest's and this is the best of them all.
Appointments are a joke, way overbooked.....that will never change. Plan on at least 30 minute wait WITH an appt.
My 6yo daughter and I had to have bloodwork done today and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience here. We were walk-in’s and we were seen within 10 minutes of arrival. The place was very clean. Mallory and the rest of the staff were so warm and supportive knowing my daughter had I are terrified of needles. They knew exactly how to deescalate our fear and help us through it. It was such a pleasant experience that from now on, we’ll be driving the 25 minutes to go here instead of the Quest in the Walmart on Gatlin just a few minutes from home, because it’s been a horrible experience there every time. It’s worth the drive!
Suggestion you pack people in tightly in the waiting room maybe consider putting a small intercom system outside the front door so those who are vulnerable IE: Cancer patients etc can wait outside in fresh air while waiting to be called.
One person needs to be dedicated to helping people in the waiting room. It was a room full of angry, frustrated people. Long waits, in spite of online scheduling, inadequate amount of seating, no help for people that didn’t understand the kiosk and an unbelievably ill-mannered staff. I witnessed one employee lose her temper and yell at the top of her voice at an elderly woman for inquiring about the wait. Shame, shame, shame. I walked out.
45 minute wait for a frozen sample drop off. Even asked one of the employees during the short time they are calling people back, there is no front desk or anything and told them it’s frozen. Was just told to wait for my number to be called. I HATE having to come to this place, it always takes forever and the staff are extremely rude.
Rating of no stars, Made an appointment with the Palm City clinic. On arrival they said their computer was down. And they had people at lunch. Wrote my name down and said come back in an hour. There is no check-in station or receptionist just a computer on the wall. try to find someone to tell them I was there there. No one to Recheck-in. Absolutely no customer service rude employees and no organization to their System no one in charge. I would not trust them to Draw Blood !avoid this place at all costs
Maybe we came on the right day We had no wait, friendly staff and excellent service. I was seen by Valerie, friendly and efficient. No complaints at all.
My daughter and I have both been treated so kindly any time we've been to this Quest. They serve us within minutes of our scheduled appointments and take their time to make sure we are cared for.
Don’t bother making an appointment or showing up early. This place is ridiculously slow. They go to lunch at 11, but schedule patients during that time. Can’t speak to staff or get an update. Take the day off because they have no regard for peoples time.
