Absolutely fantastic medical billing company. The Quest team comes highly recommended and I look forward to doing business with them for a long time. I was a bit skeptic about working an outside medical billing company at first, but was pleasantly surprised at my change in cash flow and revenue. A+
Please be very careful when looking at Quest for your billing needs. We had to pay back an insurance company more than $250,000 , due to a billing error made by their senior billing personal Cami. My company has a contract with the largest insurance carrier in Utah. This company has the Medicaid contact for Utah as well. So we bill traditional insurance and Medicaid rates to the same insurance company. Quest billed Medicaid on a traditional insurance form instead of a Medicaid form. Which means the insurance company reimbursed at a higher rate per service than the contracted Medicaid rate. We could of lost both contracts due to this error. Quest does not send you breakdowns of claims. I asked several times so I could match the claims to the rendered service. To this day I have not received a claim follow up or breakdown of payments received from insurance companies we worked with . Quest representative Cami and I were involved in a conference call in August of 2021 with this insurance company, at which time Cami assured myself and the insurance company that she would rebill the claims on the correct forms quickly. When it was noted by the insurance company 6 months later that the claims had never been rebilled by Quest/cami. In Feb of 2022 I hired a new billing company to assist us to rebill all the claims. It is looking like we will pay over $300,000 back by the time we are finished. We have been in business for 10 years and this rocked us! A new company would shut their doors if this happened. If you want to keep your business and your reputation intact I would run from this company . I don’t want anyone to have to go through what we experienced
Adam Nager and the Quest National Services promised to help me and my practice when I needed a new billing service after my previous billing services shut down. They kept their word with personal, caring interest and were very communicative with me and with my staff. The transfer to Quest was seamless. Until I retired, their availability was impeccable. They are very adept and are at the highest professional level. To any health care provider looking for a new billing service, Quest will be a great associate.
As an administrator of a multi specialty clinic, I was looking for a service that provided timely and consistent communication. I found in prior engagements with our prior 2 billing companies neither provided the level of communication or transparency our principals expected. When I was introduced to Quest I was impressed almost immediately by their transparency and consistent communication. We've been with them now 5 months and are so happy we made the move.
Quest has made a huge difference in our business, even within the limited amount of time that we’ve been using their services. We kept our current EMR and, in less than six months, Quest lowered our time in accounts receivable by close to two weeks! I couldn’t believe it. Needless to say, we’ve been very pleased with the services and responsiveness of their staff so far. We were able to get reimbursed faster which was so important. Moreover, Quest took over the burden of dealing with aging receivables so we could focus more on business. They offered so many options and services and we were able to find the perfect solution for us. Thanks to Adam & Dean and everyone at Quest!
My husband and I have a small practice but we were looking for a medical billing company to consult us. We originally started with a local company with some satisfaction. However, our biggest problem was that they wanted us to change our existing EMR to software that they worked with. Quest National Services worked with our existing software so that we didn’t have to make expensive changes to our infrastructure. That saved us a lot of time and headache. I would definitely say that was one of the main reasons for why we switched and why we continue to work with Quest. As a small practice, they helped us without draining our resources.
As a child psychiatrist running a program for adolescents, I've had an excellent experience with this company. The service itself has been great, and even greater has been the accessibility of the staff, including the head honcho Adam. A pleasure to work with this company.
I hired this company to do my billing for less than a year. Thank goodness I changed billing services. I have been finding thousands and thousands of dollars of revenue that I have missed because this company sent billing to the wrong insurance address, did not follow up on any denials or non-payments and wrote off thousands in charges because they did not understand how to properly bill certain procedures. They also missed an entire month of billing because they "forgot" to bill for my second location when I was there a half a day. All they had to do was look at the OFFICE schedule. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY . I would give no stars but it would not let me post otherwise.
