Quick ER

I was really turned off by the doctor here. I admit I was a mess and in pain and probably not her favorite patient, but she acted like I was another thing to check off on her to do list. She rushed through the appointment, hardly listened to me, and was practically walking out the door as I was trying to ask her a question about the medication she prescribed. It was a simple appointment so I get it's going to be a quick deal but I just really don't care for the factory line way I was handled. I went here because it was so close to my house but next time I'll drive the extra 20 minutes and go to Morehead City.

Went there for the first time not knowing you need picture ID to be seen which doesnt make sense i was frustrated because I didnt feel well couldnt find my ID so i cursed wasnt directed towards anyone just frustration i called back to ask if I could use ny debit card with my picture on it was told by the manager she was choosing not to see me because I cussed and she didn't like it. So with that being said Im 100% positive thats illegal to turn a patient away for that! Im gonna find a way to report the center and i will never go back or suggest it for anyone!

Apparently the only thing urgent for them is lunch. Husband had injury at work, someone drove him there because it was URGENT, and he was told to come back in an hour so they could go to lunch. Seriously!!! You know what I do in my profession when someone walks in and it's almost my lunch break- I help them. I hope that lunch was your best one yet!

Went to take my daughter and I’m guessing they were on lunch at 12:30ish and the nurse was walking around but, not one employee would say hey we are closed no one answered the phone and no voicemail.

They stop taking walkins at 430. Exactly at 430. Don't walk in there at 433 and try to be seen. Even if the lobby is empty, they will not see you. Great customer service. NOT!

I've been there several times for my children and myself. The providers are great as is the office staff! So grateful to have a walk in clinic in Havelock!
