THEY DESERVE NO STARS!! Their management lacks integrity, respect, and discipline to support ALL employees! They’re hiring anybody with a heart beat placing them in dangerous work environments without proper training! @OSHA The supervisors and leads are all friends does no good to go to HR they’re spineless! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
This is a great company and they have great products. Thier facility is clean and organized. The people are kind and polite. Keep up the good work Spectrum.
Jobs easy. But the supervisor and leads talk to you like you're a little kid . They treat you like complete garbage. At the south plant. Shouldn't have to walk on eggshells at uh our job
This place maybe good with insurance but horrible on pay they dont guve raises or increase the pay even if you been there for 10-30 years. They feel like a baseball game in Frisco should be your reward and maybe a Christmas party but you may have to work. Both of those days and cant fo. So not recommended they arent good to employees in pay.
Not a bad place to work pay is about the same as most places very hot in the summertime and cold in the winter months I would recommend at least give them a try i have been with them for over 6 year's
Good place to deliver, easy in and out if there is no truck in front of you. Thay have two dock for deliveries and two for pick - up only available
Saftey of this place is not good. They have very unsafe hazards and wont do anything about them. One being oil on the ground where forklift have to travel. Major accident waiting to happen.
Good working environment. Going above and beyond with covid safety protocols. Top notch place to work
Good place , got there , got back into dock and got me unlded quick, real friendly staff..
Great place to work where you can make 650 to a 1000 a week after taxes.
