They said my vehicle was too muddy to wash, and I definitely don't agree. I have had my entire family account here since they opened. I canceled my $80/month account and will go elsewhere. ***As you can see from the photo, there are no "pockets of mud with rocks." A car wash tunnel should have the capability to spray off this amount of dirt before it gets to the part of the wash that actually touches your car and it very well could if the Muddy Duck ever worked, which it doesn't, and when it has in the past, it fills my car with the scent of sewer. If you need my vehicle to be clean before I go in, then I don't see the point of the car wash at all. The location in Kingwood never has a problem with any of my cars. It's just this problematic Humble location that ALWAYS has issues.***
Regret taking my new car through the car wash. I have micro scratches on my front windshield. I got lazy lately due to the heat and decided to take it before work today. I'll go back to hand washing my car. Good place to take it though if you don't mind getting new scratches and they definitely do better than the car washes at the gas stations.
My car definitely needed a wash so I decided to give this place a try. It was a good wash, but the problem was that the attendant at the entrance to the wash barely gave me any time to get my vehicle into neutral before my car started to be pulled inside the wash. On a lot of newer vehicles it takes multiple steps to shift them into neutral, which is also true for my vehicle. I have to hold the brake then open the door before I can shift into neutral. Attendants definitely need to know this and give customers more time. Before I had time to do this I felt my car being pulled into the wash while I’m still trying to shift into neutral. I don’t think my car was damaged, but this definitely could have caused damage! They need to have better policies so that attendants can be absolutely sure that vehicles are in neutral before they enter the wash…such as a sign that says “give the attendant a thumbs up when your vehicle is in neutral”
Always come here to wash my car I think the last time I came here it was in February, then my car broke down in California in March and I didn’t get the car back until august, it’s October and i finally came to wash my car, 8 months of filth all cleaned off love this car wash
Craig is one handsome man and very professional. Every time visit this location, its a pleasant experience and my whip is clean.
Run by lazy people, rude customer service, vacuums don’t wok or have little to no suction, now was told due to weather 65 degrees and sunny at 8:30am they cannot turn on the vacuums and the car wash station will be closed a week due to an oil leak. Every time we come to this one it’s always something wrong with it not to mention rude service. I’ve used quick quack for 3/ years today is my last day and will be switching to blue wave.

How did they get 4.5 stars? Its Jan 11. I went there for a car wash and to clean the inside of my car. I had to leave. The back side had no vacuums at all. Only air spray. The other side was completely full of cars and vacuums barely had any suction. There were no complimentary towels, no bug spray. I can't believe they are actually serving people and acting like we will leave there with gratitude. They have no supplies to run a car wash. I drove
The young lady Jai’lyn was very friendly and informative of the products and services offered. Received my wash along with drying towels and wipes they offered which helps a great deal when vacuuming. I will be returning on a regular.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
I always come here to get my car washed and my car comes out looking brand new every time! A very nice employee named Jailyn helped me out and now I’m considering getting the membership. Always worth the visit.
