Always great customer service and friendly smiling faces! Love this car wash along with the complimentary "light show" with the full package. Free vacuum and a dash wipe which I use to wipe down multiple hard surfaces. Now I never have to ride dirty!

I have been a customer of this company off and on for two years and the service is good but it depends on which location you visit what I mean is the actual wash equipment varies by location i.e. the wash at cat city is great and so is palm desert they have longer cycles because  the run in longer which gives you a better wash with more brush sessions so longer the car wash equals to longer cycles and better wash.  Customer service is consistent in most locations they tend to hire mostly teenagers which is not an issue unless you have a problem and they don't know how to handle it because of the inexperience.  If you can go to the locations that have longer runs you'll get a better wash. Test it out you will see it's true

I pulled in the driveway and had time to look at the price packages offered. Nice man, Isaac came out and explained the difference between monthly charges and one time price. The cool thing was he handed me a package with a damp cloth to wipe down the dashboard and other places in the car as I went thru the car wash. Then as I got hooked up to the car wash tram, I  put my car in neutral. It was really neat. All the lights at the end indicating the car was being dried.  Then I pulled into one of the many bays and I vacuumed my car for free for 10 minutes. Car looks great. I selected the "good" package for $9.99 . There were a few missed spots, but I'm sure the next package up would have gotten them.

Not worth it for the price. There are better car washes for less. I felt that the staff hurried me up to pick a service.I know the Microfiber towels are free to use but they were wet. Supposedly wheel shine was added during the wash process but all I got was wheel shine on the rims. None on the tire. Atleast have someone put wheel shine on the tire for you. A water hose and a dirty rag would of done a better job.

I’ve noticed scratches on my car multiple times after going through this car wash! And it doesn’t always come out clean enough, even though I pay for the best that they offer! And it doesn’t dry well enough which is fine because I can dry it myself but the most annoying part is the scratches! But it’s local and convenient so I remain a customer! But if I notice any additional scratches I’ll definitely relocate my business elsewhere!

This specific establishment is always clean and doesn’t have any missing vacuums!! Every  employee I come across they have a great attitude especially Anthony, he approached my car with a very cheery smile today and I really appreciate his great service. This location is by far my favorite one!

Just want to give a shoutout to Eddie, he’s always really cool, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely makes this location better than the rest! Quick Quack cleans my car really well, I definitely recommend this location.
