Good place for kids. My grandma recommended this place for my kids because they were sick and needed Covid testing for school. The girl who helped me with my kids was very patient and was so good with my kids that now they don’t mind going in to get their noses swabbed. I just hope that every time I go Jackie with the cool hair is there to help. My kids don’t trust nobody but her to be in their noses, but with her it’s no problem.. Highly recommended… best part is the TV’s with movies playing to keep the kids busy while they wait.
This was the best medical visit experience I have had in years! The staff is professional, I clicked with the doctor immediately, the facility is immaculate. Even the check-in was efficiently done using a tablet! You can sense when those in the practice enjoy going to work by the manner in which they interact with the patients. This location is fantastic.
This facility was a pleasant experience! If in need of a clean, reliable, stress-free urgent care with attentive and friendly staff, I highly recommend this facility. Wait times may vary of course — I arrived at a particularly less-chaotic hour so my wait time was about 20-30min and overall visit took about 1-1.5hrs.
Been there twice. Once for acid reflux 2019 and next 2021 for CoVid test and flu-like symptoms. Noticed that the young female reception person was efficient but unfriendly or unhappy at work -- at best, unprofessional -- at worst. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN AN MD ON DUTY or even a nurse practitioner. The first time, the young woman I saw sent the wrong Rx to my pharmacy. She was a medical assistant and nursing student. Second time, although the new staff was friendly, personable and professional, still no MD to give me results. I will try my luck at their sister facility on South Lake next time.
I was told the wait was 30-40 minutes twice when I called and when I arrived. After 40 minutes, I was told the wait once I got into a room would he an hour to an hour and a half. I was also rudely told by a staff member that “she can’t control time”. After waiting in the room, I was finally seen by a doctor after a combined two hours and forty minutes of waiting. The doctor then proceeded to misdiagnose me I went to another urgent care the next day and they forgot to call in my prescription until I called them back 3 hours later. Avoid this place at all costs. 2 stars instead of 1 because they waived my copay due to the long wait
Dr. Rita Farr intentionally bolted out of the room immediately after giving the bare minimum of info on what was happening to my eye, expressly so that she wouldn't have to answer questions. She practically sprinted out as if she had a flight to catch. Clearly, she's trained herself in the art of disappearing before the patient can open their mouth. It's deeply insulting to realize your doctor is employing subtle tactics to prevent you from asking about the injury you came to learn about. I felt like cattle. And that wasn't even the half of it. We had waited two whole hours to be seen, my fiancée waiting along kindly with me. Finally, when Rita Farr came in for the first time, she immediately asked my fiancée her relation and pointed to the door--"No one other than family allowed due to covid." My fiancée and I have been to different medical facilities about a dozen times since the pandemic began, and were never given this demand before. I also noticed a strange tinge of bitterness in her voice as she made the demand--workers who feel unappreciated often enjoy those little power trips. I don't think Rita Farr was concerned about covid, I think she just knew that anyone who joins the patient is prone to ask questions, which presents a task she simply does not expect to execute as a doctor. At one point, Rita Farr said "Oh your eye has a scratch," before another swift exit, but gave no other information on what was really going on with my eye. Finally, I get my info sheet and prescription from the nurse and leave. I could barely read the sheet with my eye in this condition, so I gave it to my fiancée and she read "conjunctivitis" on the sheet. EXCUSE ME? NO ONE TOLD ME I HAD CONJUNCTIVITIS AT ALL IN THAT ROOM. So now I'm tasked to call the urgent care and wait god-only-knows how long for clarification on my day-old rushed diagnosis. By the way, if my fiancée were allowed in the damn room, she'd be able to read that to me BEFORE we left so I could bother the doctor for this shred of basic information. I feel bad that the doctors are so rushed for whatever reason--and let's be honest, Rita Farr didn't suffer through med school just to get stuck with the Urgent Care gig--but let me remind her: None of that is the patients' fault. My eye was in tremendous pain, and after waiting for hours to see her, some basic decency and competence would have gone a long way.
The care and attention given to me after my own doctor couldn’t help me is remarkable! Highly recommend this clinic. The best part is there is no wait and the place is clean, profesional and I felt like someone finally was able to hear me and provide me with the type of care I so much needed.
As best as I can put it- I feel as if I won the doctor/staff lottery when I went in for my appointment two days ago. I have been to pro ENTs, and my experience here surpassed any well acclaimed specialist I’ve been to. I came in with a painful pressure filled sinus infection. Dr Lenaburg was caring and informative. He was not rushed even though he had other patients to see and helped me with both holistic and traditional approaches for my infection. He deeply cares about his patients. I appreciate the time well spent with him, this being an understatement!! Jackie, also on staff was gentle and informative. My ear had to be rinsed due to pain and blockage. I have had this done at the ENT in the past and it was extremely painful. She did this with such care that I felt no pain even though it had to be done several times to get the right results. If you need to get to an urgent care, he will feel blessed beyond measure to experience the care and treatment here.
Best Urgent Care in town… friendly and competent staff.. Smooth registration process and the best part is my clinical summary is e-mailed to me, so it is always on hand when I need it… By far best urgent care, I’ve been to in a long time.
They are the worst medical care in the whole US must say. I called before I visited the actual center. They told me the wait time is 30 minutes to an hour. But when we reached we were told the wait time is 2 hours. When we went back they said we have to wait another 2 hours and 6 patients were ahead of me. We were really shocked to hear this . The front desk lady Breanna was not so cooperative. Our day was totally spoiled . According to their records, they only see 6 Patients the whole day because when my turn came it was already 4: 30 and I didn't see any patient after me. The management should immediately take action how the front desk is telling a lie and making people fool and playing with someone's precious time and patience.
