I ordered a tuna wrap, I got 1 tablespoon of tuna and a cup of salad in my wrap worth $5. First time ever getting food at this quick chek and it’s the last. I’m annoyed.
All 3 clerks were "unavailable", so I had to find someone to assist at the register. She scanned my six or so items by spreading them across the counter barcode-side up, then left them for me to gather. Who cares since they don't need to bag anymore..They Never Ask About the loyalty program #, so had I not asked to enter my # I would have paid $3 more.
There are two sized garden salads at quick Chek, side small and regular large. There are two sized salad containers at quick chek, side small and regular large. I ordered and paid for the regular sized garden salad. I was given the small side salad by mistake. I explained the mistake to the employee. She could not admit she was wrong. Refused to do anything about it. Then told me she could give me the larger container, to eat out of. I told her I want more salad Obviously, which I paid for, not a bigger container with the same amount of salad. I don’t understand why she thought I would want a bigger container. She did not listen to me, proceeded to dump my tiny salad into the big container, peeled the sticker off the small container, and slapped it onto the big one, then handed me the giant container with hardly any salad in it. This was a very easy mistake to make. She misread the size. It wasn’t a big deal. It was forgivable, understandable, and easy to fix. Some people just can’t admit when they’re wrong. Now quick Chek has a one star review on Google because of it. You had one job!
Always liked Quick Check. They have great coffee and food. Clean store.
Quit hiring these lazy clerks that refuse to play lottery for customers I play the same numbers every week.
The sandwiches are sooo delicious and the frozen macchiato was really good. Very friendly employees!
This gas station is like no other! We arrived hungry and restless. Immediately when walking in we were shocked, seeing the variety of options to eat. We ordered subs which were cheap and the best I’ve had. Very convenient, fast ordering and amazing food
5 "attendants" walked passed my car, made eye contact then kept walking. One went to get his drink, the other just meandered about... It was rush hour!! Then I received attitude from one of the children in uniform stating that I've only been there for 2 minutes and I need to wait. The result? I took my money elsewhere.
I had a really cool experience at Quick Check in Monroe. The guy Ryan that was pumping gas helped me with my car, i think the battery died but instead of jump starting it he just bought me a new engine. He also complimented me on my hair and how cool the “red color” was... I have brown hair, but I let him have it.
