I don’t like the Self-serve checkout. It ends up being slow check not quick check. I had so many issues with just ringing up the coffee. It didn’t scan my app. I really wish quick Chek would get rid of these self serve checkouts and return to cashiers.
Service was absolutely poor do not order any extras on your sandwich.. service is so lazy there arms must way 50lbs in order for them to do a good.. ice coffee you can make that home with ice and hot coffee don’t even bother.
Customer support for incorrect prepared sandwich was not satisfactory
Got out of work late and was very hungry. I ordered a turkey sandwich. The guy in the back cut the onions so big and bread was hard as a rock! So dissapointed!
Even though I showed my ID card on April 5 at 11:30 pm, they didn't give me cigarettes because I was a foreigner. I said I was a tourist. I showed that I was born in 1995 on my official identity card. He discriminated and asked for a passport. Which tourist carries his passport at that time of night?!
The woman with glasses working at the counter in the morning is so unfriendly. She is very unkind and speaks in an angry tone. It's your fault to leave the newly hired employee alone at the counter. It's not my fault, nor anyone's fault. It's wrong to leave new hires unattended. If you're going to work in a store, you'll have to change your tone and behavior.
Quick Chek needs a section in the app to write a review. It's good news and always a great experience but how can we individualize great performances?
Terrible disgusting freshly made subs! Tomato ends, one onion piece-skin, 1/2 piece of cheese. Very skimpy. I will NEVER buy a sandwich there ever again!!!
I don't enjoy standing in line to order my food from the touch pad... when there are two workers just standing behind the counter. Then I get my ticket, have to go up to the front and stand in line again to pay. Huge Line, one register open they try to force you to use the self-checkout. Only to have to walk back to the back counter to pick up my hot sandwich. Which was microwaved. Not a cheap sandwich either. Sorry, I won't go there again. just not my kind of place. There are much better places to grab a quick sandwich.
The only thing I can say about this place is that the employees behind the self serve registers are RUDE! I’ll gladly take my services across the street at Wawa
