TODAY DIET PEPSI ONCE AGAIN DOWN. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NO SPARE SYRUP. KITCHEN OUT OF BAKING SHEETS AND BACON. NONE OF THAT REFLECTED ON THE ORDER SCREEN. ORDERED A WRAP WITH BBQ SAUCE AND MUSTARD. IT CAME PLAIN. ORDERED GRILLED CHESSE W BACON. IT CAME WITHOUT BACON. WHAT A TRAIN WRECK!
This has constantly been one of the worst QTs for several years now. Still it’s an easy 4 or 5 star as far as gas stations go. They do a decent job keeping things clean and checking people out but food and beverages are constantly out of service or stale. If something is out of service one day, you can count on it staying that way for a couple weeks. You can also order a food item three times in a week and get three different iterations of varying quality.
Waited for 5 mins before she realized I put my order in. Sub was not toasted. 2nd time consecutively. Frustrating. Bread very stale.
Been going here since 2012. Always have a great time. Also ice cream is do worth it.
Wish I could give it a negative 5 stars. Was in the store a couple of weeks ago standing in line. There were 2 cashiers behind the register, a guy and a girl, but the girl was the only one working checking out people. She must have been in training as she asked the guy a question about how to ring up a transaction and he started yelling at her, calling her stupid. How she managed to not cry is a wonder but she managed to check out everyone while he kept calling her names. Will never return to this store if this is acceptable ways for one worker to treat another.
Orlando was my Life saver! He was the only clerk working tonight and helped me out TREMENDOUSLY. A situation with an ex escalated in the parking lot, i went inside for help, stocking he quickly contacted police like requested,kept me calm until the arrived,. He never missed a beat at the same time, stocking, cleaning and courtesy every sec. everything being the only one on shift. Thanks again Orlando!
From what I just was told 10:02 pm Friday April 3rd 2020, the pastries have just arrived and they are not half off. So people getting pastries in the morning are getting tonight's leftovers and being charged as if they are new. Unless the attendant is lying...he threw it out after I told him, I don't want it. Rude attendant btw.
The people that work here are awesome an always have smiles on their faces day an night. They don't mind asking how your day is making small chat which is a breathe of fresh air because most qt's are like an assembly line with "is this everything" "this is your total" "have a good day" "NEXT"
The air machine, while free, is a hazard to use. As I was stowing away the cord after use, the badly frayed thing cut open my finger. Not too big a deal, I thought. I'll just go inside, every establishment has a first aid kit. To my chagrin, the staff inside tried to SELL me a band-aid instead of helping me. Oh well. I suppose they valued that one sale more than having me ever shop at any QuikTrip again. Too bad now they have neither.
I love quik trip. But with that I know the standards of the company. I drive for a living so i need quick trips. The pumps never have the receipts that i need and when i go in to get it they dont give me the free drink coupon like the other Quik trips. This is the second time this has happened. They need to follow the standards of Quik Trip in Arlington. I rate the QT in alington 5 stars not this one.
