I would give a negative star if I could. I was driving when a storm hit Terrell. The wind was going in all directions. At one point the rain was blowing in a circular pattern right in front of me. I stopped at QT to escape the storm. They locked the doors and wouldn't let anybody in . Idc that the power was out. They had no right to make all of us ride out the storm in our cars! My daughter was in tears she was so scared. I took the photo after the storm died down bc during the storm I was more focused on comforting my daughter and being alert to what was going on around us.
My kids love going to QT. The convenience store hierarchy goes. QT Racetrac if it's new 7-11 if it's new The taquitios are good. The pizza is good. The fountain drinks are good. My chitlins love the slurpees. And peanut M&Ms and Big Red for the wife. Even if she doesn't go you gotta bring something home for her!
Overcharged for a frozen coffee drink that actually turned quite fast into ice slush drink almost instantly. Disappointed because these actually used to be very good a few years ago.
QT is reportedly a “top tier” fuel supplier. Their prices are usually comparable to/competitive with Buc-ee’s who is not listed as a top tier fuel but that has changed recently. That could be due to the bizarre price for fuel currently. Nonetheless they are still competitive with other fueling stations in the area.
I have no complaints about the gas, but when you get inside you will be lucky to find ice for your ice tea or even soft drinks. Tonight there was no ice available. Most often you have to go to the soft drink side to get ice for your tea. 8 months later and it is still the same. One ice machine working but No unsweetened tea to put in my cup.
They could do better with improved customer service
Easy parking. Clean and tidy restrooms. Good warm snack selection. Good variety of products, food and drinks
This is my go to gas station! There’s always someone here weather it’s a someone working here, a truck driver, or just another customer getting gas or coffee. You don’t have to worry to much about something bad happening. The place is kept fairly clean and maintained. Their made to order foods are pretty good. They need some work when it comes to ordering on the app however. The bathrooms when they are clean they are nice and clean, but could use more daily cleaning.

Being a big older adult and a truck driver the restrooms need to be more accessible in all stalls. The toilets are to low in two of the stalls and has no hand rails this opposes an issue. The restroom only has 3 stalls and one handicapped stalls which leaves the other two stalls suggestion make all 3 handicapped accessible by raising the toilets and installing handrails in the other 2 stalls.
