Quincy City Hall

The City of Quincy has systems and people that clearly do NOT govern their citizens and use outside agencies in NY to fine residents by braking their laws and regulations. The state isn’t better as I submitted an abuse of state assigned parking on a public street and did not receive any response as indicted on their site. A neighbor had the city put handicap signs up to block in front of their house just so no one else could park on the PUBLIC street and have not used it once since I moved here in 2021. They have a massive driveway where they ALWAYS park. According to the law, you must have a need for a handicap parking space on a public residential street where I live. Just another abuse of handicap protections and city incompetence. Where do our taxes go? Your trash people litter the streets worse than we could without a trash service that is paid by us, you don’t respond to our concerns, and you try to tack on extra fees to pad your pockets. I would like a response with a dismissal of this ticket and investigation, or apology and explanation from the mayor or someone else with authority to investigate or dismiss.

The lady that works at the Tax Assessor office literally hung up the phone on me. Provided little information about unpaid taxes owed and did not have patience to answer simple questions about dates.

City employees fabricate vital records for their own personal financial gain. Here they fabricated a birth certificate used to kidnap my child for the ransom of estate money

I just watch an audit, Whats wrong with the security guard Steve!? Most of the employees where nice but Steve was rude!
