My wife and I have been going here since we were kids and have always had a positive experience. It's gotten a lot nicer over the years with all the renovations and new stores moving into the mall. The food court has lots of options, and East Side Mario's is also connected as well. There is lots of parking, and you're in the heart of Belleville once you stop by. Anything you need will be just minutes away.
I have shopped several times at Quinte Mall, almost always enjoying my experience. Until today.... I purchased 2 items from Just Cozy. The girl working accused me of acting suspiciously, and possibly stealing. How?? I took my shirts out of my other shopping bag too see if they'd match. Looked at the other items on sale, because I've never been in the store before and they had a Christmas in July sale happening. I bought the shorts and leggings I wanted and proceeded to continue shopping in the Mall, with my 11 year old. Security approached us saying I acted suspiciously and thus would need to leave the mall, and be banned for 6 months. They had zero proof and I had receipts for all my purchases. All because this girl working there thought I stole something?? Unacceptable and after this treatment I may very well just shop at out of town Malls in the future. This was a humiliating experience, and I am baffled by what happened.
The mall is always clean and accessible. Great for a winter walk. Even the parking is always clear of snow and ice in a timely manner.
Quinte mall is finally getting some new stores and upgrades that were desperately needed considering other big malls are so far away. Good selection of stores at the moment with more goodies on the way! Can't wait to see what's in store pun intended
Good ambience and lot of shops to spend time shopping including food & fresh juice shops to enjoy tasty meals I bought few pairs of shoes from Sport check & the Staff was so nice. Must try New York It’s Half day time can be spend easily.
This mall has been around for over 50 years and has some great stores left. Nice food court for the size of the mall. Mall hours could better on weekends. Unfortunately, I feel like the rent would be very high, so stores don't stick around too long anymore. It's always very clean and easy to navigate. Wheelchair or Walker friendly and handicap accessible. I still enjoy going here even though Post-covid it's very different. I believe that malls like this would benefit from lowering their rent to encourage stores to stay longer.
The mall is ok, we went looking for wedding bands at the jewelry stores in the malls but nobody could get a size 14 gold band without an extended wait. 4 to 6 weeks in some cases.
Really good for anything you need. Be aware that it does get pretty loud especially throughout the day but it's inclusive to everyone
Since sears left its a thumbs down I never even shopped at sears to be honest but it's not the same there is a lot of stores for older people not enough stores for younger and maybe the winners needs to be updated it's ok for older people but that's about it...
There's a darkspot in around the area of the Booster Juice, and it feels like a cave. The mall needs an overhaul, maybe add some lake aesthetic and brighten things up?
