Tin Pan is my go to for meeting great smooth jazz performers, having an excellent meal and reasonably priced drinks.

Arby's was great. Kind service and my Beef-n-Chedder Grande meal with Curly Fries was made perfect. Could use a grocery store here though.

Tin Pan was a great venue for some amazing music by Adam Ezra Group and some great food. Love that they had a signature cocktail that was named after a song from the band that night. Wait staff was helpful with menu and provided pleasant service without interfering with the musical experience. Food was unsuspectingly delicious!!

Outstanding! Great music, great venue, food is ok. Its the music that makes it great.

Nice place. Has a bar that is full most Tuesdays with live music. Never been in there, but you hear the music. Hard to find parking on those Tuesday evenings. There is a restaurant, Kumon, Arby's, Gymnastics club for kids, an unreliable barbers shopdifficult to find the place open, braiding salon, a restaurant. As you can see, that small place has almost everything you need.

Very run down. Wish this area could hit an economic boom again so that our neighborhood could have close access to competing groceries with Walmart, or thriving community hang-outs. The Arbies is nice though so it's still somewhere I drive through frequently. A shame about the other stores, though :
