The heaters were out so water was cold. Hot tub heater was out as well. BUT SUPER FUN PLACE! The waitstaff and bartenders were 10 star material! Food was fantastic! Would recommend this establishment to EVERYONE!
This place was alright. I didn't care for the fact that the pool and hot tub were so packed you couldn't enjoy it. I think if you have a hotel that holds that many people you need to make sure that your pool can accommodate them comfortably without being on top of one another.
My family flew in for mother's day weekend from all around the country. We're here because our grandmother past away at 104 years old. We haven't all been together since her 100th. We were meeting in the lounge our 1st night here and the female bartender named Jen was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. The bar has NO entertaiment going on a Friday night and not many people in the bar. She seemed unhappy that we were here to spend our money and time. We would NEVER repeat this mistake twice after this experience. Stay somewhere else folks!
The bar tenders at the R club inside the Billings Hotel and Convention Center are wonderful with positive attitudes and great drinks in the newly remodeled bar...
The pool was packed and dirty . Hot tub was the same. The room was decent.
Nice updated rooms and inviting lobby. Continental breakfast is additional fee. Great atmosphere
Old worn out carpet. Smoke free room still had heavy smoke odor, probably from the carpet. Would not recommend.
So much fun every thing is clean and always had a clean towel
