Called them out for an issue at my office. Very prompt and on time but that's where the praise ends. Turns out it was just a flipped breaker and the owner's son was there for all of 4 minutes, I asked if it's possible if they can waive the service fee and just charge me the hourly rate and he goes no I'm sorry I can't do that. Okay I understand everybody has to make a living so I pull out my credit card to pay and then on top of all that he charges me a $7 credit card fee. I wouldn't use these people for anything. $200 for them to come out and flip a breaker. Owning a family-owned business if it was something like that I would have tried my best to work with the customer or at a minimum waived the $7 credit card fee, That's really just sticking the knife in and turning it.

Excellent company for all electrical needs. Highly recommended for whole house generator. They provide a full turn key system including the subcontractor for the gas line. Had a full walkthrough of what was needed as well as recommended and provided a line item quote. Also replaced and upgraded to a higher 200 Amp service panel within a few hours. Have used them again for more basic needs.
