We recently met Mike through a charity function we were hosting that his company was nice enough to sponsor. We ended up having him quote our three restaurants and he was able to save us nearly 1/2 of our insurance costs annually!! This is a remarkable savings for us and we were happy to switch to his agency. Beyond price , our experience has been top notch , they are very accessible always happy to come to us for a meeting or welcome us at their offices. I use RS Gilmore for my personal home and auto policies and recently switched my commercial policies general liability, automobile for a fleet of 12 vehicles, umbrella and workers' compensation to them. Mike Michel was able to save us about 40% on our personal policies and 20% on our commercial policies compared to our previous agent. On top of saving us thousands of dollars each year, the team has also provided us with exceptional customer service. They not only reviewed all of our limits to make sure we have the right policies in place, but they also provided us with access to two Account Manager's who are only a phone call away. Even as a partner/owner, Mike Michel is always available to us, and is willing to go out of his way to do whatever it takes to keep us happy. I would highly recommend Mike Michel and his team to anyone, big or small. These guys are second to none.
RS Gilmore should be your only insurance partner. Love them! As a small business owner, you have to be prepared for the unexpected. Not only did they give me a great rate and excellent customer service, but they made recommendations that served my best interest...not theirs. It's nice to know you are covered. Things will go wrong..it's only a matter of "when." If you need insurance...this is where you need to go.

Our Company, Kevin Lyman Roofing Co., made a big switch to R.S. Gilmore about 6 or 7 years ago. The savings was immediate. Mike and his staff worked so hard for us. Our insurance bills for the roofing company were staggering, but somehow they helped us out a lot. When and if any problem arrives, they are always right on it.
